I feel like this is a "monkey's paw" moment for the GOP tbqh. And that's without mentioning that the Christian Nationalist Right has ensured that their declining birth rates are going to be avalanched over by minorities.

They got rid of abortion, great. But I think they've honestly woken a great and terrible monster. There's tonnes of New York type elites and neolibs who probably figured overturning Roe was just a big rallying cry for the Right. You've also got the Democrats who promised to defend it all this time, failing to do so. So will this see a push to the Left from within the Democrats? The political fallout from this will be interesting to say the least.

Also would not be surprised if other Anglosphere nations have similar pushes, since all our Right winger seem to just parrot the US playbook.

Enh, I don't think it will have any effect at all. No one is going to change who they are voting for, on either side (assuming those votes mattered anyway). You may hear Democrats shriek about it for a few months, but they would have just been shrieking about something else anyway.
Really all that comes from this is some high quality salt and (hopefully) some peaceful riots and fires.

Real talk, why are people so happy about this? Abortion is why we don't have excess physically and mentally ill babies, dead mothers as a result of pre-discovered potential complications, and more niggers.

I'm not really emotionally invested in the abortion issue, I find "shout your abortion" distasteful and crass but beyond that this is all schadenfreude for me as I watch a bunch of dumbfucks that took shit for granted realize they shouldn't have done that, and then promptly externalize their own fucking failure in predictable directions.

The medical privacy issue that arises with this decision is much more salient to me and it's a pity such an important matter lies in the hands of the stupid fucking American electorate. "With allies like these, who needs enemies?"
