Also just saw the first protest pop up in my town. It had significantly more police presence than the Floyd protesrs here, but iirc those were done with permits issued beforehand. I think this one is genuinely spontaneous and the cops are trying to get them to clear out.

What is even their "logic" for the supreme court being illegitimate here? There is no reason why it is any less legitimate now than when the original Roe decision was made.

I don't get these types going on about how the SCOTUS doesn't represent the American people anymore. That's not its point, it is there to interpret constitutional law, if anything they've just passed it over to those who do represent the American people to decide.

Hell I'm not murican and I know how the different branches of the executive, legislature and judiciary over there function. How do people, especially such insufferably political activist types, get to their age without learning these things?
