the irony is that the decision also states fetuses are no longer legally referred to as “fetal life” but as “unborn humans” which to me sounds like the basis of the argument that a “unborn human” is entitled to human rights under the constitution, which could actually ban abortion nation wide ala slavery. But that remains to be seen. I’ve yet to encounter a single salt post mentioning this little detail

I’m certain conflicted. On the one hand, I’m pro-choice to a point. Late term abortion is a horror that is, at best, an occasionally necessary evil. On the other hand, I hate coercion forced down from on high and that’s exactly what Roe and Casey were.

The salt from Democrats is still wonderful, However. They haven’t reeeee’d this hard since we took their slaves away.

Neither. The decision basically says “You want this to remain legal or make it illegal, make a law at the state or federal level. The Supreme Court had no authority to adjudicate this matter due to the non-existence of abortion in the constitution.”

You'd be surprised how politically illiterate the average American is. Schools don't teach this as much anymore. Social media and "social justice" has diluted any tangible learning about government.

I know how it is, because they don't teach that shit down here in Brazil either. The vast majority of people just expect the three branches to give out rights and gibs, and if not, to hell with them until they get their right and gibs.

Obama got cucked out of putting a Justice on late in his 2nd term (Merrick Garland, the current US Attorney General), then Trump got elected and put 3 conservatives on. It all boils down to "IT WAS HER TURN!"

ETA: dovetailing with them assuming Obama ensured their Thousand Year Reich, the late Harry Reid got rid of the Senate filibuster for judicial appointees, making it so judges could be confirmed by simple majority. Mitch McConnell explicitly warned the Dems that this move would come back to haunt them.

I don't believe Jews control everything, but it is bizarre the overrepresentation they have in media. And not even all Jews, reform Jews.
