They don't really have a lot of options. They could try to stretch the commerce clause to make it illegal for states to outlaw abortion clinics, maybe, but that's a major fucking stretch.
If they had the ability to pass it as Legislation they should have done it over the past 50 years. Reminder they just attempted it a few weeks ago while they held both houses of congress and the white House. They failed miserably. Remember Chuckie Schumer the Fucking Senate Majority Leader arguing for Post Birth Abortions on the floor of the Senate?

Axios claims it has a DHS memo predicting that violent extremist attacks, committed by both pro- and anti-abortion activists are likely for the next few weeks as various states change their abortion laws. Politicians, abortion clinics and churches are the most likely targets.

Why the hell would anti-abortion activists get in on the carnage? They just won.

This is the same DHS braintrust that said white supremacists were the most dangerous domestic threat while BLM was burning St John's church outside their headquarters.

can someone explain to a non american what the revision in gun legislation means that was posted alongside the repeal on roe v wade
New York City does not allow for open carry of firearms and also had a "may issue" law for concealed carry that required the undefined "proper cause".

Because of that, the ability to carry guns (bear arms part of the second amendment) was by default denied.

The court reaffirmed 2A grants protection on the right to bear arms (which again, means generally to carry including outside your own property).

It did say there could be some "reasonable restrictions" towards the issuing of concealed carry licenses but that it can't be used to effectively and arbitrarily mass deny the right or otherwise be unconstitutionally vague.

They also strongly hinted, but didn't flat out say, that strict scrutiny would apply to such cases (the bits about 2A being equal with other rights, which virtually all require passing strict scrutiny to infringe upon).

Im not sure about that. Now that I see how galvanizing this is for the left I think the DNC kept Roe in play to be able to fund raise, be able to fearmonger about how when Roe is overturned it will be just like Handmaid's Tale.... Why wouldnt the dems want something like this play off of....

Congress could literally enshrine into federal law that women can get abortions. That's the exact job of the legislature when the judicial branch says "this isn't a constitutional right."

Not as retarded as believing a single-celled embryo is literally a person with the same rights as a human being.

But bodily autonomy is only good when it involves vaccines I guess.
Your username is "Save the Loli". You, of all people, should understand the importance of protecc'ing little ones.

Are you suggesting the modern left NPC's have a sense of irony or self-awareness? These are the same dipshits that called it "fascism" to be against mandatory Covid vaccines issued by big pharma under orders of the government.
people are NPCs just parroting everything they see on the TV, zero self awareness

On top of that, feminism is a late-capitalist scam to convince women that they're horribly oppressed, and need to cast off their husbands, resent men, and be married instead to a loveless corporation or career.
Most IRL feminists will argue that men are harmed by patriarchal social norms and institutions that treat them as disposable automatons in workplaces. The whole hating men thing is mostly twitterite bullshit. They'll also advocate in the same vein for doing something to lower men's suicide rates.

Before the ruling, some states required people to prove they needed a concealed firearm before getting a license to carry one. In New York such a requirement was in effect, so you basically had to be a private security guard, gunshop owner, jeweler, etc to get a concealed carry permit.

The Supreme Court rightfully determined that this was in violation of the Second Amendment, which basically says you don’t need to prove why you need a gun. You can just get one.
