These same people are atheistic, they don't believe in God. But they really believe that putting a paper on a ballot every 4 years (2 times a decade, that's a long fucking time) will make those fucking walking fossils currently on power do what they're being promised?

Not to mention the "sex strike" shit, as if young men and women aren't already crazy with this childish "sex war" crap.
On one side we have young men who are deluded and believe that having a GF and getting their dick wet will magically make their lives better. When in reality those same young men are unemployed, depressed, and are generally unlikable and tend to be hostile to anyone who disagrees with them.
And then on the other side, we have insecure girls who have gone thru some bad shit, and instead of overcoming their past, they become extremely hostile to anyone. Even to a point of saying things like "KillAllMen". These girls are extremely radical and take anything that they're told as a Jihadist would to each vowel in the Quran.

I'm fucking sick of this bullshit, we haven't evolved as humanity.
We're tribal as fuck, we divide ourselves pretty damn quickly.
Whatever the fuck may happen with this, it saddens me how division is not only inevitable but can be also intensified.

Congress could literally enshrine into federal law that women can get abortions. That's the exact job of the legislature when the judicial branch says "this isn't a constitutional right."

The Democrats specifically have known for years that RvW was shaky at best and not ever completely safe. Instead of codifying it into law they used it as a continual carrot on a stick to trick to try to sway midterm and presidential elections.

More seriously though if you go back to RvW inception most states in the country were against abortion, in fact most of the world at the time was anti abortion (or so I've read maybe I'm a lying piece of shit) There is no real historical common law precedent for the legalization of abortion, which their lord and savior RBG acknowledged as well.

I personally love that its mostly the negroes that are severely affected by birth rates so theres actually a statistical argument regarding minority targeting but we'll just ignore that because the Dems need those babies killed. No dead fetuses means they cant practice their satanic rites.

That's not how that works.

Congress does not have unlimited powers to do whatever the fuck it wants to short of things the constitution explicitly disallows it to do.

The constitution is inherently a white list of what the government can do (with the bill of rights being a special case, which is why they were passed as amendments).

Every single piece of Federal legislation must be rooted in a granted constitutional authority in order to be valid. Otherwise a simple suit that points out the lack of constitutional authority to do what was passed is enough to defeat the legislation.

This decision only removed abortion as a de facto constitutional right, it didn't prevent the legislative branch, at any level, from passing laws legalizing it or banning it. In fact, that's what the decision specifically recommended.

I kinda agree. Or at the very least we have devolved into the same mob rule scenario that the founders feared would happen. It's frankly time for America to take a break from democracy until things are sorted out by a competent, wise, and benevolent autocrat. The only problem is that we have no mechanism for that.

Wouldn't common sense laws still allow free-range abortions but LIMIT them based on the trimester of the woman's womb? That would've been a promising compromise.

The people who have raised abortion up into a sacrament of the radical left viewed any restriction on abortion as an intolerable assault upon a supposedly inalienable right. So, while moderate pro-lifers and normie pro-choicers could have gotten behind a compromise such as this, the Dems' constant kowtowing to NARAL and other such lunatics prevented any such compromise from happening. I'm not sure, at least into the 00s and 10s, whether or not the Reps had such a rabid "NO ABORTIONS EVAR!!!1!1!!!1!" faction with their collective nuts in a bag to have prevented such an arrangement (outside of a few of the reddest of red states).
