I feel like thats kind of my point. Texas already started that shit show with their previous civil abortion "ban", will the US Federal level allow that kind of tactic to succeed? To my knowledge it has not been challenged as of yet, its only a matter of time till the Left or Right start applying it to every single campaign issue in their state which I think was part of your point.

How does it stop though, would a federal law banning that kind of lawsuit even clear strict scrutiny?
