Anyway, someone convinces PCJ to come talk to the forums, everyone else is cool as shit. Except Wade. He mentions Clarence Thomas' wife here so he must be aware that she's white? How does that fit with his prediction that interracial marriage is next to be outlawed? Not that I wouldn't whole heartedly support such a ban, but that is a monumentally stupid thing to say. Even for Mr. 1.2

I'm obviously not American, but why does Fat deem justices elected by past governments as illegitamate? What, simply because they attained their positions during presidencies he is at odds with? It is my (rather basic, albeit) understanding that the three branches of government are to ensure checks and balances of federal processes related to law and that the president only administers the executive side and nominates a justice he would like in the judicial position. It appears justices keep their positions for life unless they fuck up badly. Is my pleb understanding close and Fat is just screaming into the void cause he doesn't like thing?

The specific political distinction to which all political questions can be reduced is the difference between friend and enemy.

He declares anything his enemies do to be illegitimate, and only things his allies do are legitimate.

He thinks declaring the Justices to be illegitimate means their rulings have to be overturned by someone like Allah or something. Trump "didn't win" SO SOMEBODY SHOULD DO SOMETHING about the Justices he appointed. It's just cope because the way to reverse things is to win elections and he doesn't have the patience for that nor does he actually want to risk being rejected by the electorate, child.

Also, he's fat.

He is almost certainly claiming that any president not elected by a popular majority is illegitimate. His grasp of the Constitution is as bad as his grasp of anything he should have learned in high school. 1.2, ladies and gentlemen.

Bush’s 2000 election was highly contentious. If I remember correctly, a recount in one state (district? I was a kid idfk) was called off and it later turned out Gore would have won it. So for Patso, this means Bush was not fairly elected and all decisions by the justices he appointed should be thrown out. He might also take it as a sign that Americans are being ruled and don’t really have a say in how we’re governed.

There are all kinds of crackpot conspiracy theories around Trump’s 2016 win. Mostly it’s people crying about the electoral college because they’re too dumb to fully understand it. Or people crying because they do understand it and don’t like that the ballots cast by farmers in the middle of nowhere mean as much as their posh New York City votes. It amounts to the same thing: “politicians I don’t like shouldn’t get to appoint justices. I am fat.”

You’ll see similar crying from people suspicious about the 2020 election (though they don’t want to overturn the electoral college). It’s not just people like Pat who get conspiracy crazy when the politician they voted for loses.

Nah.. there was a fucked up Florida recount, but Pat's main reasoning us that, like Trump, Bush didn't win the popular vote in 2000
