David just can't cope with the fact that he's a literal nobody who got hardcarried into being a Z-tier Eceleb, by a guy who was mean to him.

I mean, he's still kind of a nobody, only right now he's a bit of a lolcow for what he did to Avery. In the grand scheme of things, David is still nobody, he just became friends with people who were somebody, like Mandalore and, whether he likes it or not, Avery. Like there's still clearly people who like Avery, outside of his YouTube circlejerk, but other then his boyfriend, who can honestly say that they are friends with David anymore?

Punkdunk didn't seem happy both ways with this situation. Mandalore is probably still friends with Avery behind David's back. Korbin and that weird bug dude kind of just seem to be there, like background noise. As there's a million Vitos, there's a million other David's who can do what he does, and that's host a sub par podcast about random shit that goes on in people's lives.

That's kinda what I mean by Z-tier eceleb. If he wasn't attached like a limpet to bigger creators, nobody would even know he exists. He'd be sitting at home, mostly unemployed or working occasional audio gigs for French-Canadian artists or conventions or whatever, making shitty music that literally nobody would listen to, instead of the five people that do now, and probably malding on twitter about how this is the fault of capitalism. Instead he gets to put out like two minimally edited videos a month and make over two grand (regardless of the plummeting viewcounts the patreon keeps going up).

Also i understand not putting him in the poster but why did he choose the dumbest excuse possible ? Kyle also isnt on the poster so why not say that both kyle and avery didnt want to be part of it ?

The breakup was handled incredibly poorly and david just keeps making it worse and part of me wonders if this was intentional ? like david couldnt stop himself to throw shade on avery in their "discrete" original post , why didnt they just pretend Avery left for lack of time or whatever ? avery came out to take the blame so he clearly didnt oppose to leave
so most people would probably not question the avery wanted to leave narrative

Oh shit, I completely forgot about that. Why would Kyle not want to be on the 5 year poster, even though he was a founding member, if he left on amicable terms and just didn't have the time, or didn't want to do the podcast anymore? As far as anyone knows, they're all still friends with Kyle, podcast or no. Guess I'm not the only person to forget him, because nobody is mentioning it on twitter either.

I get that living in Snowfrogistan is pretty expensive, but my man, if you can't figure out how to live, making over 2k USD a month from patreon alone, not counting ads, sponsors, merch, gigs on the side, what Mandy, Brendan and Ed pay him to do their audio. WHILE LIVING WITH A ROOMMATE, and while your family is filthy fucking rich, maybe you shouldn't be allowed to fucking live. Where the fuck is the money going if the show itself isn't breaking even? Oh, I found out by looking at his twitter. It's commissions of his fursona being gay and obese. Nigger makes a podcast, a media format so low-effort and low-cost even RoosterTeeth can afford to run 45 of them at once. I am actually, honest to Christ, MATI over this, because he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, then got carried into whatever small measure of success he has, by people who are all pretty much selfmade, turned on the one person who helped him the most, and then he has the fucking audacity to cry about how hard he has it.

I know I'm repeating myself a lot, I know it's annoying, and I'll try my best to make this the last time I'll sperg out about it, but shit like this infuriates me beyond belief. I know people who work six days a week, 12 hour shifts, to make a quarter of the money that piece of shit grifters like David make just by sitting on their ass and crying on twitter.

Anyways, in more interesting and less mad news, I found a compilation of all the Mandalore stories some guy made two months ago, so the best parts of the podcast now don't involve giving money to David. Wonder if it'll get DMCA'd soon, because David really does seem like the type of creature to read his own thread, and to go after people with 150 subs.

He hasn't realized this is the Jontron situation all over again. Hell I'll even optimistically say chances are, they're both at fault, but Avery, being Jontron, is just going to fuck off and do his thing (or seek help, I guess.) While David is Erin and is trying to deal with the myriad of conspiracies and accusations. What makes it not like Erin is that Erin and GG kept their mouths shut for most of the part, wherein David is very very very stupidly giving the people harassing him validation in their actions by melting the fuck down publicly on Twitter and going woe is me the whole time.

The fact that he's a southern and right leaning dude leads me to think David has his fair share of archived and canid recordings of Avery, probably drunk as shit, saying some unsavory things that he knows David could drop on a whim.
