The inconsistent photo staging is a favorite. He legitimately considers his image with every photo, bc narcissism and so he poses at the gym , near the weights, and stands like a creepy guy in porn, legs spread, to make himself look less like a hunchback, phone/mask always covering the rat mouth slack jaw disaster area. He has one hand always behind him so the creepy fat fingers and micro length fat thumb isn’t obvious.
