Disagree, attractive women have it the worst now. They have to put up with a bunch of dudes no where in their league hitting on them that obviously make them uncomfortable. Under a courtship system all of those guys would be filtered out by the family.

Well, the thing is that most of the time the cute ones are the ones who get to choose and find the best partner possible through their own means. The ugly or crazy chicks are the ones that need their dad to marry them to a cousin or the ugly or crazy kid of a friend who owes them a favour (and they apply social pressure to keep them both in line) because they can't get a husband on their own, and if they do get one, most of the time they need the family to filter them (as you said) because these kinds of girls are the ones who attract poor losers the most (mostly because attractive women reject them on sight).

Uhhh..While I'm up for adoptions its currently probably the worst system to put someone into. The next thing would be jail itself.

There's no "good" solution because you have no inherent method of confirming the parent (adoptive or otherwise) is garbage. You can thin down the herd but you'll never be able to fully eliminate this issue because of human nature.

The only other option, where children regardless of status is a ward of the state (see europe, France iirc) is inherently worse because then parents wouldn't even get a say how the states decide to educate their kids. The US is kinda sliding to that direction with public education BS right now.

I've just seen an article about "what can tech giants do to overturn abortions ban". Those fucking morons, who just got fucked from giving the court the ability to make/remove laws, now want to do the same with bodies that somehow has even less responsibility.

That shit is horrifying... and also makes me believe women who fear pregnancy will be among the FIRST morons to accept Big Tech "offering" them technology-based "birth control/rape prevention" devices-- maybe as IUDs.
