I think Pippa has a somewhat reasonable position on it and she doesn't shove it in people's face. I think she only responded to it because autists kept pestering her about it.

Back after nearly 2 weeks! Touched grass for almost a week on vacation (at a place with almost no cell signal so I couldn't keep up with stuff) and got back earlier this week. Then I had a bunch of work crap to catch up on too, due to being gone (still ongoing actually). So now I've finally gotten caught up here with 130+ pages since I left. Still have a ton of videos to catch up on but slowly trying to get through them while also watching current ones. Some I'm just searching for clips for interesting parts, others I'm watching fully through, so it's taking a while.

Gotta admit, I like gura better when she's collabing with the snot girls rather than myth (except ame, of course).

I agree, Gura seems to be much more in tune with the Council girls, especially Fauna, Mumei, and Kronii. She's still good with Ame too, but collabs with those Council'ers are always tons of yab and fun.

Lately it seems to be slacking. It is harder to find archives for everything there and I've had to go to discord to get links from some people there instead.

I would extend it to HL in general. It sucks Suisei had medical issues but holy fuck her actual voice is so much better. IIRC she even had some insecurity about her voice originally, I have no idea why, I think her voice is wonderful. Does anyone from the west actually like the cutesy anime voices girls do? Even in YouTube comments you see people talking about how deep voices Bae, Suisei, etc are all so much better.

As usual, why is there never any middle ground? I don't like the deep voices like Kronii or Calli, but that doesn't mean I want a squeeky full-on anime loli voice either. Can we not just have normal cute girly voices in our vtubers and enjoy them?

3. What Mikeneko meant by "approved by her previous company" was that she allowed to tell her side of story publicly
4. The "approved by her previous company" doesn't mean that her "previous company" agree with her side of story
5. Cover statement specifically addressed "Cover made errors on their previous statement" AND "Cover admitted that they made mistakes on their previous statement", which is the interpretation of Mikeneko statement by some internet randos.
6. Mikeneko claimed that there was some errors.
7. Mikeneko never claimed that Cover admitted there was some errors.

Cover's statement doesn't contradict Mikeneko's statement.

Yeah, I took the "approved" by her previous company as it was clean enough that they wouldn't sue her over releasing it, not that they 100% agreed with and backed it. Maybe "allowed" would have been a better word. And I think them releasing the statement re-iterating their previous one proves they won't back down from it.

Also, IRyS, Diablo III/Immortal protag, etc. She looks like a gen Z shitposter, so I might check her first few streams.

90% of this thread doesn't watch anything beyond myth.

That was an eye-opener for me, during holofes this year, when mooners and risu took to stage, people here were genuinely shocked, surprised at how they sing and perform. There's one guy who watches Nara Haramaung of NijiID and some other dude who likes recommending indies like Kureha Mitra, but most people won't watch anything without gura in some form on it.

This, it is even worse on /vt/ lol. People always pretend HoloID is like some bastard child branch that doesn't get watched/deserve love etc. To be fair though, moona in particular is kinda hard to watch at times.
