Republicans are working on that according to McConnell. Will you "MAH STATES RIGHTS" be outraged about that when it happens? I am guessing not, since you don't actually care about states rights but just use it as a nice red herring.

Then there's also the whole blue states being gerrymandered out the ass by the GOP, so even blue states will have Republican led legislature
>Supreme courts deem abortion a states issue because they're constitution autists

>Seethe about the turtle man trying to ban it federally

>Cope ignoring that the bill is going to get slapped down by the constitution autists every time

300 more bread pages let's go. The bigger sperg has joined the chat. I do miss the conservative incest rape obsessed dyke

Let's be real, a federal abortion ban isn't happening unless Democrats are actually retarded enough to nuke the legislative filibuster this summer.
The opportunity to rub blue noses in their own propensity for disposing of norms as part of an ill-advised short term power grab is literally the only thing that gets establishment Republicans to pass something besides tax cuts/military handouts on the federal level.
McConnell said they're gonna try for it next time Republicans hold congress.

Let's say they do it.. none of the "MAH STATES RIGHTS" folks are answering the question. Would they be opposed to it? I doubt it. It seems "states rights" folks just want the states to enact their suppressive laws

Nice dodging of the question there. Answer the question and stop dodging it like it's a formal education

Oh, and this isn't /pol/, despite what you may have heard. Stop quoting like it is.

If they try for it, that's fucking retarded and will likely get reamed by the courts.
I am extremely skeptical they'll try for it. Yertle the Turtle has blathered on plenty of times about things he's totally going to do that never pan out. It's when he's weird and quiet you gotta be on high alert.

It'll get slapped down because that violates the 4th amendment. You can't federally mandate people to get a medical procedure nor can you snoop into any they've had. Joe Biden tried it and it got smacked down.

It's honestly quite retarded you think that it could ever work. Roe Vs. Wade was a miscarriage of justice that was predicated on perjury.

It's the GOP's goal right now to get it banned nation-wide, and it sounds like they're gonna try and overturn the birth control stuff and gay stuff next. I think you're being a bit optimistic here. Evangelicals run the Republican party

You still didn't answer the question. Stop trying to dodge the question like it's an education. Would you be opposed to it and as upset about it as you are happy about RvW being overturned?

Point out to me exactly where this hurt you

Monday morning here in Animeland.

I have already had to repeat my standing position several times to my co-workers that I—
  • am not America’s designated representative;
  • have no idea why they do what they do;
  • haven’t held American citizenship in close to two years now; and
  • haven’t even visited since they had a nigger president.
Even after getting away from you nigger-lovers, I can’t get away from you nigger-lovers.
K, but what are they annoying you about in particular in terms of positions?

Answer the question

>Supreme courts deem abortion a states issue because they're constitution autists

>Seethe about the turtle man trying to ban it federally

>Cope and seethes harder ignoring that the bill is going to get slapped down by the constitution autists every time

I did and it wasn't what you described. Shooting a nigger thats attacking you isn't the same as trying to use a fleeing felon law as a civilian.
That nigger was attacking them. Conservatives turned on their own like they always do because they bought into the media narrative. I would bring up more cases but you clearly aren't interested in accepting that America doesn't have "muh freedoms" anymore.

You're still dodging the question like it's having rights over your own body

>Supreme courts deem abortion a states issue because they're constitution autists

>Seethe about the turtle man trying to ban it federally

>Cope and seethes harder ignoring that the bill is going to get slapped down by the constitution autists every time

You are dodging the question like it's talking to a woman. Answer the question already.

And stop posting like this is /pol/. It's not. Maybe you should go back there?

My rights are fine. I’m all for easy access to more birth control to make it so less women have to even think about getting abortions. I’m also for voluntary sterilizations. Really, a 12-15 week limit for abortion is more than fair, unless it’s for certain exceptions like the endangerment of the mother.

Bring up a case that doesn't involve fleeing felon, and isn't from a libshit jurisdiction then. And all I'm saying is its better than fucking britbongistan et. al

That may be their goal, but I'll doubt they'll achieve it, because a) there's plenty of Republicans willing to to capitulate on their professed pro-life beliefs for good press, and b) the courts would absolutely run wild on it. It'd be great, we'd actually get some kind of abortion discussion rooted in existing legal protections instead of some nebulous "right to privacy" that the entire legal profession couldn't pretend was legitimate.
