Ok, so most on here know these people carrying on about losing their "Constitutional right to abortio" are beyond ignorant. Most have not read Dobbs vs Jackson Women's Health or the cases it overturns (or even informed articles explaining these decisions accurately and int eeeelligebtly) and many are probably incapable of comprehending these court decisions or discussing them intelligently. For that reason none of these people should get to have an opinion or be allowed to be part of the conversation.
That's par for the course.. But here we have a tweet like this and I would expect this sort of gibberish from a kindergartner.
I am not even sure I comprehend what this subhuman piece of shit is trying to convey. She cannot think Biden was a justice on the supreme court in 1973, can she? Except that is implied by suggesting he authored Roe v Wade by having "WROTE the loophole in Roe v Wade."
Does she think Roe v Wade is a piece of legislation and not a supreme court decision, and that Biden "wrote" the legislation...
How do people like this have a right to vote? If someone is this fucking stupid, they cannot be allowed to vote. I don't even want to exist in the same society as someone whose gibberish is on par with a kindergartner.

Other way around. Roe v Wade ruled that state banning of abortion is unconstitutional. Overturning this means that the states can now again dictate whether or not abortion is legal.

Roe Vs. Wade was a Supreme Court case that determined that abortion was protected under the Constitution, the determination was made on perjury and was overturned now, thus it's no longer considered protected under the Constitution because the case itself was predicated on false witness, therefore it defaults back to being a state issue instead of a Federal issue. It's not a piece of legislation, it was a Federal court decision made at a trial.
