Now, pragmatically, a national abortion ban is impractical. The Federalist vision of the United States was intentionally designed such that the states could have dramatically different laws state to state. This was perceived as the only way for so many colonies of different origins (even moreso today) to function together. As long as they could do whatever in their states and defer to the Federal government to settle disputes between states without resorting to war and united in mutual defense then we would live in relative harmony.

Therefore you could be a hardcore bible thumper in God we trust in Texas who doesn't believe in selling alcohol on Sunday (something still in effect in Austin until noon in 2022) and have modesty laws so that women only wear dresses below the knee or whatever other bullshit you want. Meanwhile, California can have whatever commie degenerate pride month bullshit they want and Californians can bitch about Texans being backwater cultureless rednecks, and Texans can bitch about Californians being a bunch of faggots. Just as our Founding Fathers intended.

How profoundly ignorant people are on history that is very clearly written down just astounds me. You can read the Federalist Papers yourself, you can read the transcribed arguments during the Constitutional Convention online whenever you want. But nobody does.

Tim Pool just now on a live stream: "I tell you this, when big news is released on a Friday, that's when the riots are the worst... tomorrow will be substantially worse, but I seriously fear there will be substantial acts of terror tonight." Now he's reading an article claiming Catholic churches have already noticed people casing churches.

Beanie Man is famous for hyperventilating about impending civil war, but I don't think he's wrong about this. We've got 2 years for the "activists" to learn they can get away with it.
notorious fear baiting he’s just a more tame secular alex jones.

Beanie Boy's hyperventilation about the impending Race... I mean Civil War does have one very salient point to it though. He correctly points out that the critical junction that ultimately led to the Civil War was when Congress legislated the Fugitive Slave Act. This act embodied an agreement of all states in the union that wayward slaves from the states that allowed slavery would be returned to their owners and the member states and their local authorities would aid in this effort. Something that passed through both bodies of the legislature and was signed by the President.

As sentiments in the North gradually changed they began to simply disregard existing law because it didn't suit their politics. Furthermore, they were never punished for this. This very quickly created an impossible divide in the nation as one side could undermine laws that didn't suit them but still held the other side to other laws. Once the Southern leadership recognized this they sussed that if that was the case being in such a Union served no purpose. This coalesced into Civil War in just a few years.

In 2022 we had the DoD and DoJ, along with prominent members of Congress all publicly state that they have no intention to follow the highest court in the and will actively undermine it in the states that have deemed abortion illegal. This is going down the exact same road. We don't know what form this will take but a likely route is that all federal properties and facilities in various states will move to offer planned parenthood or something completely against the local state laws. Like, whores can go onto military bases for abortions (something that they were previously prevented from doing by https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyde_Amendment). But if they can simply ignore the highest court in the land when it doesn't suit their politics, what makes you think they'll follow existing statutes?

Ladies, are you regretting that you kept that clump of cells? Then come to Lake Superior where it can help you make it look like an accident 🤫

It's not going to be much of a civil war when one side is afraid of guns and the other side owns them all.

Beanie Boy's endless fence-sitting is annoying as shit. But he does end up being more informative than most sources. Sad state of media.
Liberal Hivemind on Youtube is more entertaining and direct to the point vs beanie boy. for every 15min vid that TimmyPop put out LH cuts it down to 7 minus the hyperbole's, bluster, and flipflopping.

McConnell said they're gonna try for it next time Republicans hold congress.

Let's say they do it.. none of the "MAH STATES RIGHTS" folks are answering the question. Would they be opposed to it? I doubt it. It seems "states rights" folks just want the states to enact their suppressive laws

Nice dodging of the question there. Answer the question and stop dodging it like it's a formal education

Oh, and this isn't /pol/, despite what you may have heard. Stop quoting like it is.

When has McConnell said they are going to attempt an abortion ban?
The only piece of republican legislation for abortion is a 15 week ban, which is a later ban than pretty much the entirety of the EU which protesting faggots hold up as the shining beacon of civilization for whatever reason.

Pretty sure it's the same bill Repubs put forward months ago when the leak occurred and Dems threw the olive branch back in their face because they wanted full 3rd term abortions and to basically look like evil jackasses.

I think they should amend the bill to 2000 weeks so we can abort all the people at this protests who don't understand what the SC does and just used this as an excuse to chimp out like their BLM fathers of yore.
