I think the reason he has his fambase of children is because hes still small enough to be approachable, but big enough to leave kids starstruck. The thing is that Keffals (his name reminds me of a combination between keffir, which is a fermented milk drink, and kiffles, which are a type of bite sized pastry. That's why his being fat seems appropriate) is very similar not only in niche but in appearance to Lily Orchard/Jerry Peet.
