Sadly, they refused to take on a NY Times v Sullivan case today. Thomas was the only dissent.
They did rule on the side of the coach who was banned from praying on his own.
The lefty replies are exactly what you'd expect. "Lets get a bunch of stinky foreigners to start praying, that'll piss off those evil racists who believe in 'christ'." Lets ignore the fact that if it was a Muslim praying they would have NEVER had the balls to tell him no.
Still no word on the EPA. Today's the last day of this batch right? So they might be holding it for the end.

As I recall, 2 are in Texas, ones for bankruptcy and the other sandy hook, and another in Connecticut for sandy hook as well lol.
The bankruptcy was to basically show his finances to prove he isnt affluent and keep his companies floating. The sandy hook stuff is weak at best, but the judges are being leaned on by Biden and Hillary. They cant silence him, but will make him bleed out from 1000 cuts.
The making a spectacle of your political adversaries is going to be the play going forward for everything, especially if they can have every news outlet minus 1 broadcast bullshit all day every day on it to astroturf support.

One of them is especially insane, because the way they got him into court was something like
"You had this guy on your show, and he got an Uber to your show, and the Uber driver comes from Connecticut, so you are under our jurisdiction now."
It won't hold up to appeals but they will NEVER let him out of the court system to appeal it. IIRC this is the batshit judge who demanded all his emails then berated him for sending them all his emails (which included harassing emails from the left containing child porn).

Not ideological. The 3 judges that voted against it are activists, not judges. They should be thrown out of the court (via impeachment) but barring such a huge red wave that Congress suddenly becomes functional again that will never happen.

It wasn't really ideology. The shift happened when Democrats started crowing about how demographic replacement of white people would grant the Democrats a permanent majority, thus negating any need to play ball with Republicans, ever, on anything. They tore up all the agreements, arguably beginning with Harry Reid nuking the judicial filibuster, and went on a real bender for a few years.
What really seemed to grind Thomas' gears was all these lower courts issuing nationwide injunctions on absolutely specious grounds whenever the Trump administration did something the left didn't like. The most absurd one of these rulings claimed that the President's statutory authority over immigration policy cannot be conferred upon a racist, and since Trump is a racist, he can't legitimately exercise the duties of his office. That sort of thing irritates even John Roberts, whose big thing is maintaining the public respectability of the Court, and having lower judges try to establish "fuck drumpf" and "#resist" as case law doesn't exactly do that.

They already said they're going full green... Or, more likely, full coal... By the end of 2022. Well, 2023. 2024 at the latest, so I am not sure what the proposal is going to achieve. Also, I'd very much like to know what the Saudis have to say about that.

This dispute between "The West" and Russia should be viewed as a grudge that never stopped since the 19th century Crimean War at this point.
You look at nations that sanctioned Russia and those are the same nations that at one point or another for the last 200 odd years been involved in wars or economic disputes with Russia.
Also this current war has shown how retarded are the descendants of immigrants that fled Russian progroms and the Soviet Union, only to turn the West into shit because the Tsars or Bolsheviks raped their ancestors.

Because Alex Jones is the white whale of liberals everywhere in America. To them, if Alex Jones is silenced, then the right wing loses their biggest voice and suffer a crippling blow and to them, the biggest hate monger they’ve ever seen will be finally vanquished.
