Counterpoint: I came into this thread a few days ago looking for an entertaining post-decision slapfight and found out HHH was thread banned (to my dismay). There was only a boring relevant news feed.

This is the Supreme Court Watch thread. Todays' decisions involve a football coach being allowed to pray after games, sentence disparities between crack and powdered coke, and doctors being unfairly accused of being drug runners for prescribing opiates.

I am not sure about the last part of your statement. The left routinely dehumanizes those they disagree with, gloats with great glee about ruining people's lives, getting people fired. Then you have things like r/hermancainaward.
They routinely say that that much of what they disagree with is not "up for debate," calling it hate speech etc.
I agree with their intolerance in an abstract philosophical sense, I just recognize that it is they who need to be silenced, it is they who need to be removed from discourse, it is they who need to be stopped. Unfortunately I am a voice in the dark and I do not think enough people will wake up in time. To the extent the left has already consolidated power in the military and federal law enforcement, it is probably already beyond the point of no return.

Look into the case a bit further. Xiulu Ruan vs. United States. It was a unanimous decision because the local government vastly overreached to jail this doctor for good headlines about the government addressing the opium crisis.
