I think another thing that gets keffals such a fanbase is that those people in question don't really have anyone else (rather, anyone better) to look up to, nor a group they feel they can safely ally themselves with. So they settle for keffals, an obnoxious Twitter addict who owns bad people online with a "ratio" gimmick and has the same shitty Smug Irony Routine that's so cancerous online. They also settle for getting involved with keffals' stanbase, and as seen many times, most fans of someone annoying will not hesitate to emulate all of the annoying shit they do.

Ultimately, I really do think it's sad that a lot of people associating with (willingly or otherwise) mediocre or outright terrible figures just because they share something remotely similar in common or that they had the right keys being jingled in front of them. And if said figure turns out to be very unsavory and has done some, for lack of a better term, "morally reprehensible shit", how are they going to handle that? Can they handle that?

I don't know. Anyway, keffals sucks. I'd hate to put keffals as the face of any community and would be embarrassed to associate with someone like that in any form.
