I'd assume it'd be classified as swatting as faith and the siblings were held at gunpoint. Welfare check weapons don't get drawn. It's lucky for them one of the kids saw the police coming and got Faith awake, otherwise they would have forcibly entered and who knows what could have happened. Faith was reported to have killed her boyfriend, eldest kids including Faith had to come out hand up walking backwards with guns drawn on them, etc. He also mentioned a swatting list and that the agency called beforehand, but nobody was awake. It seems that these guys have protocols in place and just don't just drive an MRAP into the living room specifically because of situations like this.
