If true, this doctor is retarded. Ectopic pregnancies aren't abortions and maybe you should focus on saving lives rather than engaging in CYA lawyer calling behavior.

Funny that our president can destroy Juul with a random diktat but nobody is doing anything except for virtue signaling over this, I'd love a constitutional right to privacy (not going to happen), but at the very least I'd like someone to clarify that life saving procedures which may remove a fetus are not the same thing as elective abortions

You know what. It'd be funny if that argument with the abortion stuff makes it's way back up to the supreme court and it ends up making them kill the Patriot act and all the other surveillance BS. Supreme court is gonna get JFK'd but they will be an hero's. Hopefully everyone's forgot about the laws made specifically for nigga's to not stick their dick's into our medical information(seem's like they did since Roe v Wade is the "AbOrTiOn LaW").

Got mentioned in the Biden megathread/politisperg hangout. It already failed, right? Either way, I doubt they could even get all Dem's onboard. The 3rd trimester stuff only polls at 30ish% (and that's being generous). Throw in sex selective abortion and I think you're going to get down to 20 or less.

Depends on the situation. German women were somewhat drafted during the tail end of the Second World War, and many women preferred that than the Red Army Rapes. Maybe the dangerhairs will prefer trad wife lifestyles but during an actual fight it's usually working women who do it. See the Icelandic Women's Strike.

They shouldn't by all means. However, certain states may view it as a viable pregnancy. I think it was Ohio or some other state in the Midwest that wanted to reimplant ectopic pregnancies.
I dread the fate of those women who, by all means, should be entitled to an abortion yet will die. I don't know if that will force the states to change their minds or not. But nurses, doctors, and other medical professionals are going to be forced to change state laws. Ironically, that's how Russia's laws on abortion was changed: doctors, not politicians, got the changes passed as women kept dying.

My condolences to your wife - she's dealing with some new hurdles.

Sex based abortion is wrong no matter what country you're in. It's how you get sex imbalances and sex imbalances lead to civilization problems. Now, was this their take on the Women's Reproductive Health Act or was it another bill?

It’s a state issue now, and it’s hard to bolster as much support as a sweeping federal level law would be. It’s one of the left’s weaknesses. They don’t like the idea of leaving some issues for states to decide on their own. There’s a lot of online sperging, but it hasn’t translated to as many protests as the Floyd ones were. Trump is also not in office right now, so they can’t unify against him. Overall, they are fractured, and abortion is even a contentious issue within the Democrat party. The Progressives are mad at other Democrats like Obama for not codifying Roe when he had the chance, and the corporate Dems like Pelosi are pretty much useless because they probably wouldn’t have the votes to pass a sweeping abortion bill because they have slim majorities.

People are outraged. They're now contained to their state instead of demanding a federal ban. If commiefagians want to slice baby throats for Moloch they now can but the commies are also contained to their state and are sperging out they can't control what other states want.

The Sperg out is more fun when one side does something for a slow buildup for total control in the future but instead what happens is people they don't like start using the power granted to them 20 years ago hidden in a 600 page bill.

Unless I missed something, Dobbs doesn't cut off a legislative bill in advance. That would still have to play out in the courts. I don't think they could pass one though. Dems have become all-or-nothing and will only demand insanity like the failed bill. I think they could pass a first trimester minimum with current support.

Wouldn't the more sensible decision be to force women to get their tubes tied. That's reversable, and they are the ones that get pregnant. I don't need to get a vasectomy because I can just not fuck a girl I wouldn't want a kid with. It's really that easy for me.
