Wendigoon Thread

I'm actually a fan, I really like how presents the information in a detailed yet laidback way, along with good research and topics I also find interesting.
I think his best videos so far are the one on Waco, or the one on the the LA Bank Heist.
The ones on conspiracies are always a treat as well, just all around a good time.

The Waco one is great.

At first I took him for a generic creepypasta channel but seeing his feelings evolve toward the Divine Comedy as he read through it and how genuine he was really made me gain a lot of respect for him.
His Divine Comedy playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLfeWBGty_483H8n5oDNLnOVD7vrXy_GrD

And agreed on his Waco vid, very well done, hope he decides to go through Ruby Ridge, Oklahoma City, and the Unabomber as well to really cover that era.

His Waco video (genuinely blood boiling as someone who only half paid attention to the details over the years):

His more religious and biblical videos are actually really good as well, I like when people in general talk about things like morals in religious stories and all that, and since he teaches Sunday School he knows his shit.

My favorite still from the Waco video.

I've been hoping for a Stevie1989MRE-type discussion thread on this guy. I really like his content. He's a great mix of weird spooky esoteric stuff as well as interesting crime/conspiracy stuff. Also it's funny how as of late he always has a relevant gun for whatever he's talking about or describing.

Thanks for starting the thread, hopefully we can get some more interesting discussion on the Nexy/Horror Channel BP thread now instead of constant Wendigoon posting and Plagued Moth sperging.

Thread tax, like the guy a bunch, super chill to listen to while working. Never really any loud or obnoxious sounds, everything is presented in a factual yet laid back manner and generally is not biased, though I respect the fact that he will call it out if he does think he is presenting information in a way that could be interpreted as such.

Really loved the Religion and Cult iceberg, and I return to that video often, so many interesting things I had never heard of, or things that I was misinformed about at school.

He's been talked about in the Nexpo/Spooky Youtuber thread over in Beauty Parlor.

I like most of his videos. I feel like there was some shit about FNAF that I just blanked out on, but the rest I really like. He seems like a good dude. Giving up his patreon bucks once he didn't need it earned a lot of respect for me personally.

It still blows my mind the man hasn't even hit his mid-20s yet, must be a Tennessee thing.

Seems like a fun savvy guy to sperg about religion with, among other things. I'm glad I stuck around with his channel and that the iceberg videos aren't the only thing that'll keep him afloat, dude's just doing whatever he feels like and it works for him.

Anyhoo here's him on The Official Podcast making friends. He may show up to be able to talk to Charlie proper in the future.

After watching his videos again, I think his biggest strength is how different his approach is compared to his contemporaries. Compared to people like Nexpo or Barely Sociable that try to make it all mysterious all eerie, or those dime a dozen true crime channels with their almost obssesive approach, Wendigoon is like having a friend telling you about some weird story. You always have that one friend in your circle, and Wendigoon is just like that one friend
