Only approximately. Unless you're claiming someone with none or only one isn't even a person. You can't just exclude the part of the sample you don't like and call the mode the average.
This is kind of exactly the point with how you filter the data. But my statement was meant to exclude outliers from the data, which when it comes to human make average = normal when you exclude abnormal data (for lack of a better word).
And that's misusing the word because that is not what "average" means.

stay way from math, lawnigger... he clearly used a definition of arm that only allows integers, so you do the normal math for average and round to the next integer.
in this case the average rounded to the next integer is 2.

It doesn't matter what the individual possibilities are or if they're measured in integers. The average family, at one time, had 2.2 children. Did anyone have 2.2 children?

This is basic shit math, like undergrad shit. Having taken a single stats course, I know the difference between an average, a mean, and a mode, and so does anyone in this thread not determined to make a fool of themselves.
