Polls being as horribly wrong as they are for the past few years, without seeing the sampling methodology it's safe to ignore them in most cases. Rasmussen polls have tended to be at least noticeably less overtly biased than a lot of shit out there since 2016.

Congress is far too inept to pass a federal abortion law be it an allowance up to the day of birth abortion or an outright ban or anywhere in between. It just won't happen.

When every poll says the majority of Americans are pro choice, and that has been the case for decades, it's safe to say you aren't in the majority on that one. Especially given how badly Trump lost the popular vote. Or was that also fake news?
