At least in comparison to these two ugly women, DeeDee looks passable, while Gunt looks hideous to ten hells, regardless if she is obese or not. Gunt's hygiene is far worse than hers. At least people don't get to see the protruding fupa from DeeDee, but from Chantal, that's a whole next level.

Obviously DeeDee has some psychological problems given that she even engages with Nader and the lunacy, but be that as it may she comes off as sane and civilized compared to Chantal. Not that it takes much. Add to that her work history and financial independence that doesn't rely on public humiliation and she's nightmare fuel for Chantal.
