General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

Don't know if was an accident or they already accepted everybody knew but Ina just let it slip they were indeed on LA for the Myth Off-Collab
Once it's over and done with, what's the harm in admitting? It's only a concern while they're still actively there and people could potentially look for them when they know where they are. It's too late now, though at the same time, it's not like it's hard to guess contextually.

If they really want to support Miss Feesh, yelling on Twitter is way less effective than buying her merchandise. There's a new set of VPs coming out some time today, put your cash where you say your love is.
But how am I supposed to strut and crow for all the other twitling demihumans to show how progressive, woke and accepting I am of people I pre-approve of, if I'm not screeching about the latest hot button issue I don't understand? I need blind validation from internet echo chambers built on the back of harshly divided safety lines to prevent any bad feelings or dissenting opinions from ever reaching me so I can live in a fantasy bubble to cope with life!

I was watching some of the chat during her apology/backtracking video and there were comments about how they were taking away her free speech and oppressing her... when she literally BANNED words in her streams. I don't even...
There is no practically no such thing as free speech on the internet. Everywhere you go has some vested interest in quashing some subjects, topics or words for whatever cause or purpose, and pretending otherwise is a course that leads to madness. Any entertainment avenue or content creator in particular has the right to control the language used in their area of influence however they want as that is their section of control, you just either have a good justification for it or the nuts to stick to something that might be received poorly and let people cope. The banning of "trap" because it was being used in a slur-like fashion is a bad take but she can do what she wants, but recanting while claiming she never believed it herself is a weak dick backpedal that basically kills any agency she might have had to enforce language standards. She's going to get walked on and no one is going to take her seriously if she tries to do it again, they'll probably just go even harder because she's proven to have no balls or spine.

Found this comment on Rev's video about the trap incident
Troons are just mad they're not traps despite how desperately they want to be. Meanwhile guys out there like Zach Scuderi literally making them look bad. 'Tis a shame, but worry not, rope is cheap when it's the last thing you need to buy.

Don't worry, she'll be back to playing Elden Ring soon enough.
Finally, some good games.

For every horny fanart of Ina's dumptruck, one extra Elden Ring stream is added to the schedule.

Aqua is like 20, shy, autistic as hell, and loves gaming. Perfect GF material.
How is she autism, she seems to have shyness issues, but I can't consider her autistic. Which is a nice segue into Suisei.
I will admit, it's strange to hear about her interactions with dolls, especially given shes 22ish, and when Aqua talked about seeing her sister playing with dolls it was described as pitiable.
Am I weird for thinking her tone comes off as being sick of talking about it? Hopefully shes fine and not thinking people are just mocking her/thinking she's crazy for some harmless behavior.

Everyone in Myth confirmed that Gura is a midget, so we can safely say that the one dox is wrong. I wouldn't be surprised if half the connections were bs since no one can actually double check.
If so that poor family got harassed for nothing musta been extremely confusing for them
Tho i wouldn't be surprised if they all lied to keep up the illusion of midget gura

I don't watch Finana much, nor follow her so I have a question; were people really that offended/upset over the whole trap chat ban thing? Or was it just /vt/ whining about how chuubas shouldn't be political(which I agree with to a certain extent).

Also someone mentioned about how its upsetting how Amelia Watson isn't getting the love and money she deserves and I hard agree. My Watson deserves more money than this for what she does.
It's not wholly binary. Yeah there's some troll /vt/niggers, and there's people upset over the ban itself, but I think the most disappointment and irritation comes from an obvious 3rd option. That would be the many people who do not like being lectured by an entertainer no matter the viewpoint. Most people that I have seen talking about this fall into that category. There's people trying to make it a simple binary of stans vs antis, but there's always nuance.
Wait, Ina has anger issues? or is /vt/ bullshitting as always?
You should never ever believe what they say. Always do your own reps and find the source of the rrats yourself, because half the fun of /vt/ is just saying whatever the fuck you want. For instance, I was recently in there larping as the biggest Mori stan on the planet when they were melting down over the whole rager thing, and I was just typing whatever the hell made it's way through my brain as a coherent thought and credible defense.

@Scuttle
I forgot to quote your post and I'm too lazy to find it again so sorry for the paraphrasing, but you said something that I felt implied that most of the pushback she was getting was from non niji fans, and I'm curious as to how you came to that conclusion. Isn't it more likely that more than a few niji viewers are unhappy with her broaching that subject in the way that she did? Her video was already getting wrecked seemingly before any of the bigger agitators could even jump on it and amplify their distaste to outside audiences.

So resident Nijisanji experts, how long does it usually take for generations to get new costumes? I know LazuLight got theirs 6 months ago, but it's been absolute radio silence regarding Obsydia.
It's hard to say because EN is the first branch that seems to be doing new costumes on a wave by wave basis. There's speculation that Rosemi's artist was unavailable for a long while due to them being on a long hiatus from social media and (note: I can't confirm this) allegedly them talking about health issues on private accounts.

Go through her Twitter quote rt's and you'll find tons of people saying "this is why Hololive is better." Granted, it's Twitter, but this place does like using Twitter for stuff like calling out SJWs and whatnot.

Personally I think it's both Finana fans, tribalists, and the general Twitter anti-woke brigade involved.

you guys are very weird and often very annoying but are sometimes very endearing
Now one question must be asked: how much money would it take to bribe you into using that model for one stream? :story:
It's either that one or this one.

To celebrate party hat day, I have created a live2d version of a badly drawn wikihow illustration of drooling dog. Now anyone can become a drooling dog vtuber.

Features:
It can talk
The drool sways slightly
I made it in the trial version of live2d cubism

I also think that's true, at the very least on Twitter. I personally put only some stock in Twitter stuff, but I don't think it's useless or anything. I was more or less thinking that most of the Youtube stuff was where the pushback would be felt the most because she can see the raw numbers on it, and the time frame that I saw it would largely be people that would have already been watching her while it was going on IMO. At least that was my own observation in the immediate aftermath of the stream. That's why I'm asking in the first place, because I don't know how you could know that it was largely non-niji fans. It sounds like a weird kind of cope to me. Maybe I'm just jaded from other properties claiming that it's always outside influences rating things negatively instead of fans not enjoying what you have put out lol.
