Future of the House

they might have to change the outside, the owners of the house used for the Brady Bunch had to

The Brady Bunch "house" was a set. That's how the interior was so much larger than the exterior (also not a split-level). Of the house used for the exterior, it's a common enough design. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of mid-century homes around L.A. exactly like it. That people would sperg out over the specific house used for a very few establishing shots really says something about the autism of the Brady fandom.

Also wasn't it renovated as part of some reality show, not to keep fans away?

How long until the first “incident?”

How long does it take to open a front door?

How long until the first “incident?”

Imagine, you awake, 3am, complete darkness, and you hear childish chatter down the hall from the ajar bedroom door. A bit later, awake again and hear rhythmic schlicking sounds from the corner of your room, followed by some stress sighs.

It would be a living horror movie to be sure.
like an autistic bates motel?

Honestly that's really not that weird. Parents want to stand by their kids, and will take sides if they can identify someone who's mistreating them. When a kid is a bully at school, the parents will often stand behind the bully kid and assume it's just a conspiracy against their little angel.

That's really fucking retarded, but not really that much more retarded than trying to get one over on someone by taking a trip to Lisbon twice, getting the shit beat out of you both times.
The problem is ultimately that Ethan Ralph is too poor to afford the payments, plus his track record of caring for elderly women isn't much better than chris's.

is the house still infested with bugs? i remember hearing on one of chris' phone calls during the classic era that there were flies and other types of insects inside the place, and bob had to be in a special room in the hospital before he died because they didn't want to risk them spreading. i saw a few flies flying around in one of his latest videos before he went to jail, but idk whether it's just a few or an actual problem.

No, the fire pretty much gutted it and required a complete rebuild so the insect problem would have been removed with the junk.

I can't say what the condition was like after they moved back in for several years, but judging by the condition of the place now there are plenty of bugs.

there's nothing worth stealing at 14BC, even Chris said it himself.
He would say that to try and deter people. However, If they still exist, the binders containing the original Sonichu comic art are probably the most important physical cwc item there is.

When Praetor can sell new prison art for hundreds of dollars, imagine how much even a page of the comic would sell for!

I assume so. After the house fire and the rebuild, 14 BLC was good for a while, until Chorb hoarded up again, bringing two new pets, with them shitting on laid out newspaper like Chris shits himself.

Idk man, Ethan Ralph could never have hit his mom's g-spot with that tiny little thing.

Rape-It Ralph has such a small dick that he couldn't even satisfy a hamster, let alone a full grown woman. Even Asians make fun of how miniscule his manhood is. The most common thing Ethan Ralph is used to hearing during sex is "Is it in yet? Are you sure?" He's so poorly hung that insects give him penis envy. What I'm trying to say is Ethan Ralph has a very small penis. Maybe he feels some kind of kinship with Chris in that regard?

Re-infested with bugs? Yes. It doesn't take very long for Chris and Barb to shit a place up.

Consider the rental property they were in while 14BLC court was being rebuilt. They weren't living there all that long, but it still couldn't be re-rented for a whole year while it was being cleaned up and restored after the Chandlers left. It doesn't take that long to replace carpets and paint. That speaks to me of multiple attempts to clear out a persistent infestation.

And let's not forget their pets pissing and shitting anywhere they pleased because Chris and Barb were too lazy to take them out/change litter boxes, and all the rodent droppings deeply embedded into the carpet that was clearly visible in many of the photos taken within the rental. The infestation likely wasn't just bugs, but rodents as well. Possibly even cockroaches. They are filthy, disgusting people.

I knew the rental was a superfund cleanup site for a few months, but a whole year? Definitely some kind of infestation and likely more internal rebuilding since I wouldn't rule out damage to the plumbing somehow, either.
I'd assume he's right but I don't believe Chris believes that. Why believe anything Chris says at this point?
Indeed. With Chris, generally if the alternative is more likely and it doesn't suit Chris, always believe the opposite of what Chris says. He wasn't a very reliable source of evaluation statistics to begin with but nowadays he really will just say anything to gain an inch even if in the long term he loses a country mile.

Chris and Barb are a whole ecosystem unto themselves.

They definitely had to strip it and dip it, but that shouldn't take a whole year (unless it's particularly hard to schedule contractors in Virginia). Something was in that house that wouldn't go away.

It might have taken the whole year just to get rid of the smell.

Most of the bad smells from the Chandlers were probably gone. Fire and smoke gets rid of smells, although they were probably replaced with horrific smells from the burning lego.

The most smells would have come from mildew from the rest of the materials doused in water.

I'm talking about the rental house they were living in while 14BLC was being rebuilt, not 14BLC.

Also I'm mostly joking. The rental probably smelled mostly of a LOT of shellac primer, paint, and new carpets after Chris and Barb moved out, with just a hint of chandler funk underneath it.
