Yes and no. It changes the corporate picture. Vshojo Japan can compete with Hololive or Nijisanji for big sponsorships (which are where the money is) in a way that independent Kson wasn't. Nijisanji might also face shareholder pressure if they're perceived as having more competition even if nothing has "really" changed (though given that Japanese shareholders are usually asleep at the wheel, probably not).

Well it's been quite some time since this thread got 30+ pages of good discussion going around. Cool stuff. I guess Vshojo would be able to make good use of Kson's experience and skills. Provided they don't run it to the ground first.

Nana Asteria - australian with a very good voice, a bit of a dork

Onolumi - plays classic rpgs

Brienna - plays a bunch of older games

Aria Himeno - cute jp loli 2-view has been doing a ton of RingFit streams recently

Tsunderia (not indie) has some decent talent. I also follow a few other JP indies but they barely stream.

I feel like if Mel or Choco are still better off where they are at unless hololive gest too restrictive on them. But them joining another company might probably work out worse for them given how tribalistic fans are.

Creative freedom will mostly come from deciding who to collab with or what games to play. Doubt the content will change much.
