In the DM's he showed in his stream yesterday, it appeared that he never asked her to pay his bills. She used the existence of the cable TV bill (which she had gotten for herself) and phone as reason to contact him. She was late paying them (she said it was because she forgot, but this would have matched when she was flat broke before payday). She did assure him it was OK because "they hadn't gone to collections yet" He had told her to go ahead and cancel them in the past.

He also seems to have ignored her offer, as he had ignored dozens of messages from her.

As for the 9-minute call, it was after she had bombarded him with video chat requests that he had ignored. He characterized the call as Chantal ranting the whole time while he listened.

I dunno how strong of a case he has (I think DeeDee has a better harassment case against her), but his end of the conversation looked a lot less crazy and psychotic than her side of the conversation did.

I really do think he has been trying to ignore her, which is why she is so enraged and in denial.

I don't know if that's true. As she herself points out, he blocked her every way except one. She sees that as "keeping the door open" for her return to his life. He says it is to keep an eye on her, so he knows if she tries anything crazy. I can understand that impulse. If someone were harassing and/or stalking me, I might keep one line open just for the sake of monitoring whether or not the harasser/stalker has given up or continues. Also, whatever Nader does with his phone should have no bearing on any case DeeDee is making for harassment. I think Chantal has muddied the water so much with her lies that Nader and DeeDee seem to be acting as crazy as she is. But I don't think they are. I think they seem crazy because Chantal is the narrator.

I feel like you are giving Nader too much credit. Talking about him as if he has no clue what he is doing is absurd, he is leaving crumbs and a door open because he only benefits from it. He gets money or drugs from her directly and attention from others anytime he has a reason to complain about her. Cutting off all ties is the only way to be free of someone and there is no good reason to keep any lines open. This isn't new to him.

I don't know about the laws in Maple Leaf Land, but most courts aren't going to give two shits about blocking. What they are going to look at is who has initiated contact, any response, and what interactions have been had. Even answering a call doesn't invalidate stalking or harassment. You are allowed to tell someone more than once to leave you alone. Her trip to Montreal and trying to make contact and see him, her repeated ranting, and her multiple variations of stories will mean more than him not blocking. The courts don't put the responsibility on the victim to stop the perpetrator of a crime. Once she is told to stop, it is on her. If the genders were reversed, it would be the same.

Makes me curious if she has enough functioning brain cells left to be consciously attempting to make a joke related to the time Nader asked if she wanted syrup or honey. She had her nose buried in the phone like always. He got visibly annoyed she wasn't paying attention and thought he called her "honey".

EDIT: Now I see on the next page (Thank you Kimmikazi78- may have spelled that wrong) that for some reason Chantal had to make up a "cutesy" word for HORNY. There aren't enough hours in my day to watch her streams and if it was clipped I missed those too.

Maybe it's like Amberlynn naming all her animals (and future animals) after food? It's just a hamplanet thing. Food rises above all else. So they subconsciously associate everything with food.

But knowing Chantal, and how fucking gross she is, it could easily just as well be something sexual (or that she thinks is sexual). Like "Honey mustard" is a euphemism for getting wet for a guy.
