Did this dude have some sort of physical ailment or what? He was in a state of constant tripping the whole time he was running. Look at the way he moves his arms too. Obviously he was a retard but maybe he was actually retarded.

This one is an aviation classic. Western Airlines 2605, October 31, 1979, in Mexico City. The scenario was poor weather, plus a closed ILS-equipped runway, plus lack of properly-executed side-step procedure to land on open runway parallel to the closed runway, as well as nonstandard ATC phraseology which obscured communication as to the timing of the side-step. The result: The DC-10 collided with a dumptruck, severing the right-main landing gear, which then destroyed the right stabilizer. The aircraft banked hard to the right, with the wing striking the ground before the plane crashed into a service building. It is easy to dismiss the captain's screaming as panic or ineptitude, but there is a reason airline pilots today train to avoid landing on dumptrucks rather than practicing what to do if you hit a dumptruck close to Vstall and destabilize your approach.

The fun starts around the 1 minute mark.

Idiot tried to rob a bank using his rusty and old revolver, but it fails and now he's dead. He bypassed the metal detector pretending to have suffered an accident and using a fake metal bar in his leg.
There's just so much to watch in this one.

- The custodian who finishes her work and just walks a little faster when the action breaks out
- The guy with the motorcycle helmet who walks in but is a complete non-character in the story, sitting in the background and hitting the floor, barely moving at the end
- The black guy who decided to make a run for it, pausing for a half second to make sure he's got the revolving doors working
- The robber with a hole in his neck that's squirting out blood like a garden hose yet makes no effort to stop it until he finally loses strength and passes out
- The stationary guard who keeps glancing around like a video game character until the robber is running straight at him with a gun, when he finally launches into action

Helicopter incident, someone is going to have to rebalance those blades for @JosephStalin

A high speed bullet train approaches an intersection at >100mph. A suicidal pedestrian approaches the same intersection perpendicular to the train at 3mph. What direction and how fast does the train punt our hapless victim? Show your work.

Nobody living in the moment anymore, always got your head in your phone. Kids these days...

Don't you just hate getting bugs splattered on your windshield?
The rest of this post's theme is elevators:

Lol, the last one is a literal stage fatality.

If I ever go to China, I'm taking the stairs.
That would be two mistakes in one day. Going to China is a bad idea anyway, but Chinese stairs are no more reliable than their elevators, escalators and industrial equipment. Remember -- some of their skyscrapers have support structures with cardboard-filled cores:
Dunno about you, but I ain't going in there. I assume their population centers are constructed with similar quality and suspect their infrastructure continues to operate and remain standing solely by sheer luck rather than any kind of competence.
