I feel even more sorry for the girls who are conned into transitioning.

Testosterone is a hell of a thing. It's why when clothed many FtM can pass while MtF can't testosterone makes bones grow the damage is permanent. MtF have some hope if they never had downstairs surgery hell like Andrew Schultz said "Caitlin can transition back into Bruce with a wet wipe".
