I don't know VS too well, but how many of them are fluent in Japanese? Rushia can barely string a sentence together in English where most of the VS girls are English speakers. So it cuts down her chances of collabing, which I think is something she desperately wants. So, if everyone quickly works out she is Rushia (and if she actually is her) how is that going to effect her potentially collabing with groups like Niji who'll see her as dirty goods?

I think only Hime/Sysnap prolly know some Japanese (she has living there for years and my understanding is she actually has a real day job not related to youtube so has to know at least Karen lvl Japanese) , and even then she at least has kson, and I expext alot off Deepl based collabs with the other members, isnt like we had already seen collabs within member who know fuck all of each other languages, so who knows.

People that hate VS are going to keep hating VS for their own reasons regardless of Kson. The shit company narrative comes from isolated bubbles on social media like this thread or VT or pre-formed opinions about some of their talents.

I agree tho that this thread & /vt/ doesnt represent the whole vtuber fanbase, but that doesnt mean we are the only ones who have that opinion or perception about vshojo, its because these places allows more freedom and anonimity than other pages:
- Twitter doesnt allow to put a lot of information in a single tweet, your comments and threads get lost & you can get ratiod.
- Reddit its a hugbox with barely any space for a contary opinion, Discord servers are even worse & private.
- Youtube comments, even if allows more sentences than twitter, put the hugboxxy comments on the top with many likes on them. Any response to those comments are buried.
So if in those places you dont see too much negativity its not because the mayority thinks like that, its because its heavily moderated & favors the positive comments over the complaints.

Now personally i dont think vshojo its a shitty company like WACTOR for example, but their talents have an awful attitude and it shows like in the first reply i made, they aint saints, and even Calli (the most "hated" member of holoEN) doesnt reach their levels of awfulness.

It's certainly true in places like here and /vt/ that old yabs are remembered for a very long time, the general public however which makes up the bulk of the audience, has an incredibly short attention span and memory for this stuff if they even ever become aware of it in the first place. And the majority is what's going to matter when it comes to optics.

Old yabs are remembered in other places as well and comes afloat when its needed. Like the Connor take on hololive or the Vei one which happened on twitter & youtube. Like i said before, this thread & /vt/ are not the only places & people that think in certain way, its spreaded all over the internet, its just that the rest of the sites are heavily moderated to not allow any "negativity". Hell i can even include people that doesnt comment in any social networks but they have their dislike or hate about certain something inside their mind.
