What's very interesting to me is that last year there were people lambasting Anime Masturi for having questionable operations, high prices, the artists alley being hard to find, not enough people being vaccinated, and for inviting Vic. Also the whole controversy around those e-mails mentioning a post convention orgy. While I understand that not every convention is perfect and have issues of their own, at the very least my time at Anime Matsuri was a positive one and I had no issues with the staff. At the very least the convention had great air conditioning because it's a must in places like Texas.

So when I see these people bend over backwards to defend Anime Expo just because of the fact that Vic isn't allowed there; makes me think that they're willing to put up with this shit so they can tell people at least they didn't support a convention who didn't invite a "sexual predator". But I guess Daman doesn't count in their book since he doesn't have decades worth of rumors around him.

As long as you check the right boxes you can be and do whatever you want without any repercussions.

One of the writer/directors on Star Trek Continues. His name was on the open letter several of his Continues colleagues tweeted out condemning Vic after some Karen (Amy Imhoff) freaked out that he was going to be at LA Comic Con earlier this month. She got doxed after Vic was booted. In response, the fat mads on twitter rounded up several of his friends and associates on Star Trek Continues and got them to publicly denounce him. Those who added their name to the list were/are being doxed as well and reportedly complained to Vic about it.

James Kerwin actually had a panel at LA Comic Con, along with another STC alumni, Larry Nemecek, who tweeted out the open letter as well. Both appeared with Vic on a Star Trek podcast together last year following the death of Grant Imahara, who played Sulu on the show. You have to bend the knee if you want to get invited to these big events.

Oh, and according to his promo, he also directed @Svetlana's short film, When the Train Stops.

So James and Larry have turned on him too. Wow. Just wow. I see why @Squally was so mad.

Vic revealed he's currently not in any relationship, so it's confirmed Rachel is out. Also it sounds like he's going to have a lonely Christmas.

I could have told you that months ago but it wasn't good to say anything. But since he has, I saw it happen on Instagram. Pretty much right after she appeared on his stream and before he went to Matsuri.
