Well one of the biggest problems with anonymous boards isnt just that there are no repercussions for being retared, but how many people choose to be retarded on both sides of the fence. During April fools a few years back on 4chan they merged boards and some merges resulted in boards without single thread id tags suddenly getting them. Also should add that fentanyl is a shit-tier opiate that, while powerful, is much more of a weird, questionably enjoyable, manic high then the euphoric bliss of oxy or heroin. Really makes a lot of things start to make sense about his postings when you understand that. Finally, there is no free lunch with drugs, and opiates in particular. You will pay out the other end for continual usage ultimately, with either death from ever upping of the dose until overdose, or dying from some other cause before the bill becomes due. If you don't die though, your brain always eventually adapts and no longer gives you a high, no matter the dose, and then the real misery starts.
