Bellringer again. This troon is apparently not very happy with his result and expresses regret on utilizing Bellringer and the free surgery. After over half a year he thinks that the Bellringer speedran his surgery and wishes he spent more time under the knife (as if that would improve it). I guess his cope is that it would have no scars or the style of bellringer if only more time was spent butchering him further. Not really. The arm or leg skin obviously is permanently flayed and best case scenario they heal to look like someone who had a really bad 3rd degree burn. If they have the vaginectomy it's literally the inner part extracted from the body and then the opening sewn up. Hard to imagine what would possibly be left to put back right. They can take off the rot dog (if it doesn't fall off) but then the person is left probably needing medical intervention to pee and sewn shut through the crotch, no internal reproductive organs or natural hormones. A hideous permanent patient, probably taking decades off their life expectancy.
