Agree with everything you say. And yes, she is gravely ill, and has been for a very long time. There is no matter of an IF. There is only a WHEN something bad happens.
I saw some Youtube commenters on Gorlic's vids expressing concern for Nader and DeeDee (mostly DeeDee though). Yeah... Nader thinks he has one over on Chinny until he finds out differently. DeeDee may, or may not, have a lawyer or contact with police RE: her safety. But their concern is sorely misplaced.
Nader and DeeDee kept poking the bear and stringing Gunt along for cash and prizes (even if that's not what they're doing now).

The real concern is for innocent random people. She leaves the villa every day, weaving in and out of lanes, backing over things. I know Gorlic mentioned asking viewers if anyone had archived an alleged deleted live where Gunt allegedly almost backed into a family in the parking lot.
Whether she did this or not shouldn't be up for debate. She is absolutely capable of this--including going rage mode in a store and picking up projectiles to throw or wield against someone. 1) She no longer holds an Ace card up her sleeve, over Nader.
2) By going to the PD initially and then recanting (which she admittedly did) she’s lost credibility. Her obsessive, stalkerish texts show her indignation at being ignored, and that she threatens to go to the P.O, as retribution.
3) Lording her power over Nader was more important to her than actually using it, and now it’s useless.
4) The moment you called the police on him, any LARPing as legitimately a couple was over, forever. You took away his freedom (for only a few hours but, still) because you were mad he was with DeeDee. No one would trust you ever again after that.

I can’t speak to a PO in LeafLand but I can in the US, and if anything they’d be more lenient. Here,
if she provided those receipts about the Hotel Adam to the Parole officer, the most that would happen would be a random home visit, urine drug test, and double-checking that he’s compliant with anger management since he’s had some rockiness with that prior.

What exactly can the police do at this point? What has she been reported FOR? Driving while mad isn't a crime. To be nailed for distracted driving or impaired driving, they have to catch her in the act. They need to know roughly where she's driving, her plate number & car facts & even then, all our local police forces are badly undermanned.

If the cops ever stop her & nail her for a moving violation, it will be sheer happenstance. Our officers rarely have the leisure for simply cruising their patrol areas - they're on calls or responding to calls... which have already been triaged because of chronic short staffing.

In terms of threats... she's full of shit. I've yet to see her driving in a rage, pissed off with Nader or DD to the point where I thought she posed a clear & present danger. There may be lots of behavioral red flags but legally, they're more a washed out pink. Unless she's actively homicidal or suicidal, she's not going to be given a precious psych bed as we have too many loose screws & nuts who are far more dangerous than she currently is.

She's the kind of person Minority Report type fiction would amply deal with but that's not the world we live in.

What will likely take her off the roads for a while is a random police check point that pulls over every... fifth car & those periodically happen here as in most municipalities. If her drivers license doesn't match her car plate for province, that will trigger a closer look & she'll get nailed for at least 1 of those being in the wrong province. That in turn might trigger a check of where she's registered for health care. If that doesn't match province of residence, there will be consequences she won't be happy with.

Such a traffic stop, especially if she irritates the officer will also lead to a quick check of her car... bald tires? Wonky lights? ANYTHING off with the car or any question about sobriety & she's in for a long few hours.

But anything else? Unless she still has blood stains on her & blood is dripping from the trunk... not much is likely to happen.
