Everything surrounding Weeb Wars is childish: the voice actors with their mean girls club, the randos wanting to ruin someone's life because their fee-fees were hurt, the convention owners with their Mafia LARP, the Twitter slapfights, ANN trying to be bigger than they are, LawTwitter trying to get asspats for dunking on retards, grifters on both sides fleecing dummies of their time and money, and even the lawyers (and Chupp, to be honest) causing the lawsuit to be a dumpster fire.

I believe they're an infamous troon

The VA community is full of crazy people. I'll never forget Lani Minella saying that its not a very nice industry.

I can't imagine Lisa turning on Vic because he dated someone younger than him. Back in '19/'20 (I think) Vic was also dating a girl who's significantly younger than him, she was in her twenties. Yet, back then, Lisa was still very vocal about supporting him.

So, I don't think this has anything to do with him dating younger women.

I believe Vic's just not good when it comes to being faithful in monogamous relationships. Vic starts dating Rachel (his ex), Lisa befriends Rachel, Vic cheats on Rachel, maybe multiple times, Rachel breaks up with Vic, Lisa ends her friendship with Vic because she wants to support Rachel.

But that's all speculation.

The entertainment industries has always been like that in various ways to be honest.

At least you would get a lot of great series and films every decade. Now it’s harder than ever for someone or an outsider to make anything good or successful. So there’s less good stuff being made as the years go on.

Creativity in the western entertainment industry is in a legitimate decline.

Lisa Hansell/@Svetlana always struck me as someone who wanted Vic's Italian sausage but couldn't get it. I guess she used Rachel as a proxy for it? It's a weird twist in this story, although not unsurprising that in the eyes of KickVic she goes from the Ghislaine Maxwell of anime to one of the good people warning the world about gay pants cartoon man.

It's specifically 20 year old women who they consider to be too young to date older men when they're adults fully capable of making their own decisions. I've seen this exact thing happen in other communities that have famous men who are attractive. They wanted a piece of that meat and get upset when it's not on their plate. Then you get weird accusations put in a Google Doc saying, "I knew he was no good! He's a predatory womanizer who preys on his young 20 year old fans! Yes the girls sent nudes and flirted with him constantly, but he's in the wrong for taking advantage of them!"

I don't know everything about Vic's dating history, but I assume that he gets a lot of offers from various women to have sex with him. And it's been proven that he isn't the type to force himself on anyone so he's just someone who gets around a lot.

I don't know what goes through a fujoshi's mind where they think it's ok to bring explicit yaoi to voice actors for them to sign. I forget if the girls who brought him that were underaged themselves, but it still doesn't make them look good when they accuse him of being homophobic over being uncomfortable with signing gay porn. Because that was one of the main things that fujoishis gave him shit for the longest time. The pedophile accusations came a little later when people saw him being affectionate with his fans, but he was totally groping them in front of everyone including their parents according to them.

Fujoshis in particular have major entitlement issues to the point where they bother male actors at conventions and ask them very inappropriate questions. They don't usually get reprimanded in any way because no one wants to tell these women that they're being creeps. There are also a lot of groomers within yaoi communities where younger girls are targeted to join them into doing gay roleplay because they can't get actual men to do it for them.

Edited to add: I think another reason Vic gets hate from other VAs is because he's likable and therefore good at networking. He's also clearly interested in taking care of himself physically. Like many other professional actors, he seems to understand his public persona is huge part of him getting work. Those shitbags fucking with that is obviously why he sued them. The one thing I still don't understand is this: all that stuff is simply skills one has to cultivate in their own lives. Vic's not just lucky or genetically blessed to get work. He seems to be a competent VA, but nothing special otherwise. So he's not able to do anything they can't themselves (leaving out them being jealous, petty, self-loathing cunts), so why else are they so fucking annoying about this? Unless they want specifically his roles, I can't imagine why else they're fucking with his livelihood.

If Svetlana wanted to cut ties with Vic because he cheated on her friend then good for her. But she's now on the side and supporting people who call him a sexual predator and a pedophile. That's beyond fucked and Svetlana can go ahead and die alone.
