2022 Mad at the Internet Patch Sale

First, "They're like shiny autistic internet POGs." Yes! That's fucking perfect. They absolutely are like shiny autistic internet POGs. Seriously, well put.

I'm not putting myself in the middle of anything. What I'm doing is providing a physical premium as an incentive to get users to directly donate to the forum. Josh provides a number of safe and convenient options. I use them 4-5 times a year. My proposal is that "User A" sends a donation to the Farms, then sends me a message saying they have done so. Now I just need a note from Null confirming he got paid by "User A" ...then I mail the goods.

As to self-doxing, you are correct to recognize that there is level of risk in providing an address for the goods to be mailed to, but in the end, it is a voluntary activity. The spring merch run is a regular income boost that is going to be sorely missed. I'm just trying to help compensate for that loss...
...by enticing the exceptional members of this community with shiny autistic internet POGs, inshallah.
I should get a PO box again.

I will gladly vouch for these lovely autist stones.
I put some on my PC case and have received an immediate increase to my internet speed and built-in antivirus. They are very epic.

If this idea gets the green light, I’d look very forward to seeing some Gunt stones.

I'd want to be able to pick and choose from some designs, and I'd be willing to pay a higher premium for the option. it would be cool to be able to submit designs as well. These are surprisingly enticing to me for some reason (autism) but then again I also used to have an enormous pog collection as a kid and I still have a large collection of dragon tears :)

What about larger versions? I'm thinking something like a worry stone or maybe a paperweight, or something I could epoxy to some neodymium magnets and put on my fridge or toolbox. What is the turnaround time and quantity yield for making a large batch?

I would consider making some for myself but I don't have enough hours in the day to take on another craft project :(

So I pulled new art and did a proper prototype run. I think they turned out great. Here is what can be expected from the final product.
( ~ thanks to @Joshuan Moon I will forever think of these things as "shiny autistic internet POGs". If you don't know already please search POGs...they were a thing for about a minute. Sadly, shiny autistic internet POGs doesn't roll off the tongue.
I prefer Spogs...short for Sperg Pogs.

From here, if there seems to be support, I will first approach Null and then we should get the concept in front of a bigger audience. Next, we can work out the scope of the art (with public input) and product parameters. I'm still doing some tests and will add updates here as ready.

...follow up. I found a different source for the base stones. They're larger than I usually find but have a not-so-insignificant amount of unusable stones per bag. I also don't know how reliable the source is. That in mind I think I'll use what I can find for the random "rare and epic" drops in the packs.
Please note some of the larger stones in the photo are among the "flawed but still usable" from the batch. There won't be any of those in the final run. I also included in the photo the back of one spog with a magnet and one with a peel-off sticker.

You could probably sell these on your own and donate the proceeds yourself. I like the look of them.

There's about 8 designs picked out, I'm going to vectorize the ones that aren't already vectorized with an artist I have, and then

I think what we're going to do is print a few thousand of each and sell them as a pack.
Shipping will be $5.80 domestic, $7.50 UK, $7.50~$9.00 EU, $10 Canada.

Does this sound OK to everyone?
