Another thing that confused me is that people always treat the lower management as separate entity, with quotes like "besides Jenma, J-Chad, Henma, Enma, etc the management is bad". To me, lower management is still considered part of the management, and if you have to separate them out before you can shit on the management, maybe they're not doing such a bad job after all.

I agree with almost the entirety of your post, even though I have a general dissatisfaction with how I perceive the bureaucratic side of Cover. The issue at play is that I have no real objective resource to check my own understanding against at this time. We only get bits and pieces from the girls, and I do think Cover should work much more quickly on certain things. I do 100% agree with the sentiment that it's shitty to hide behind using one of the girls to covertly inundate everyone with your unabashed hatred for the company. I imagine Amelia must cringe when it gets to a certain level.

However, listening to Gura speak about how rough her timeline was for her birthday stuff was disheartening along with the fact that they allowed multiple signed items be ordered 10 at a time despite her telling them it was a stupid idea, she has also been trying to produce 2 songs for over a year and it didn't sound like it was her fault, and hearing IRyS say she had to wait for literal months just to get permission to have a mascot is ridiculous, this is on top of her not getting any new outfits even though she should have had it by now. I'm certain there are plenty of competent and incompetent people working for that business, and (just like I have the displeasure of dealing with and mediating between in my own daily life fucking kill me bros) it's not uncommon for the upper management to be disconnected from the lower level employees. More than you'd like to see seriously don't understand the situation 'on the ground' because that's not their business, and some will not care even if you tell them. There is a reason that there's a disparity between 'upper' and 'lower' management. People aren't making it up just for Cover, it is everywhere, and Japan specifically is notorious for it's excessive managerial positions.

Like I said earlier, I actually agree with the core of your post so don't let my autism about small details get in the way of that lol.

Yeah, I don't know why some people were soft concernposting earlier when she admitted to scrolling Instagram. Gura will NEVER make an opsec mistake herself again, the only way anything comes out is if another member (such as the reaper) does something stupid.

I'm European, sorry for highlighting the disastrous immigration policies that turned some of the safest countries in the world into something resembling Africa and the middle east. When I visited Spain it seemed pretty safe. I'd rather stay out til 5 am in Spain than most US cities here tbh. Portugal is also supposedly safer. They didn't make the mistake of the super "progressive" white countries accepting all the allah sand fucks who are used to women doing whatever they say and not wanting to integrate. Kiara is european as well so I'm guessing she more or less has some idea on how to plan a safe trip.

Truly a shame what has happened to Sweden.

Also, if this post gets at least a 2-to-1 ratio of :like: vs. :dislike: at a half hour into the stream, I'll StreamElements a $4.20 (or maybe a $6.90 if I'm feeling cheeky) and ask her her opinion on traps (unless someone beats me to it). The cringe is in your hands, thread.
