Yes, I am aware, but by not fixing those mistakes, they made two more mistakes, and phrasing it like that seemed more pleasant to me.

They are falling to follow basic and easy instructions from the appellate court. That being said, this is theit first time in the 10th circuit, and there's only two of them, so lets give them the benefit of the doubt (even though they are clearly just fuckups of lawyers)

Would this require paying a technician? I hate to bring out another tired old point but that would require Russ dropping dollars on something that he could save for his next hooker.

If he had it done when he got the glasses, it should be free, since it's a requirement when dispensing the glasses to ensure they are sitting properly and correctly. Since he's a 'tard it's all the more likely they would do it for free, despite it being complex. However, since Russ is an asshole, it is likely that no one even offered.

In this case, being pro bono/legal aid/state assigned (i forget the name in usa) absolutely makes a difference.
His shit tier lawyers are making shit tier mistakes.
Judges are used to this, but the extensions are definitely going to put a bad taste in the judges mouth.
Every lawyer starts somewhere; they have an even harder than most because Rusty knows a bit of legalese and can direct their arguments.
If they aren’t shitting themselves and dragging things out on purpose, I applaud them for whatever it is they’re doing.

I don't think Heard's counsel was so much incompetent as they had an awful case and a psycho BPD bitch for a client who wouldn't listen to any sound advice about settling. That's a fucking Kobayashi Maru of a legal case if there ever was one. The idiots that Russ have are pretty clearly a batch of a proper chucklefucks though. Anyone with a shred of sense would have taken a better look at the lay of the land before getting involved.

Russ is thirsting after Amber Heard because in his mind he thinks that if everyone else is against her, he has a better shot. Never mind that Heard would have exactly as much to do with him as any other woman he thirsts after, but it does show how disgusting he is that he'd still pursue her because he's so desperate to get his dick wet that he doesn't care if she's a psycho BPD bitch in the slightest.

Does anyone know if Russ's lawyers might be trying to fuck up in some way that could get them tossed off of the case without eating too heavy of a sanction? I can't imagine that they give two fucks about the outcome and by now have realized that by hitching their wagon to a serial litigant who will endlessly appeal or drag things out in other ways that they could be stuck on this ride for a lot longer than they would care for. But they're lawyers, so at least no harm with come to any human beings.
