The explanation is simple - It's a public forum on the internet.

It draws nobodies with YouTube channels, and nobodies without them.

Specifically, when someone goes about posting three back-to-back replies full of bullshit... I know they'd like to remain unchallenged among like-minded people... (I think there's a chamber for that) but sometimes going "fuck that" and calling them a dipshit feels good. You, and others like you, presume way too much when you think I or anyone else should act based on what you will think of the action. Your opinion is irrelevant anywhere outside the borders of this site. As is mine.

There's little difference between a YouTube shill catering to an audience of idiots for cash, and one catering to you out of fear of being labelled "autistic" or whatever tool you want to use to prevent disagreement. Similarly, there's little difference in both groups and your desire to exert some sort of control.

"Sperg" is your "First!" or "WTF did I just watch?" - more devoid of meaning the more you post it. A catch phrase reduced to literal reaction emojis so no one has to put an ounce of effort into making or defending an actual point.

I should say, though, I don't hold a grudge or whatever. I just hope you don't spend too much time doing this.

Sir, I wasn’t even insulting you in particular, I was just making an observation that for whatever reason, this thread attracts a lot of youtubers who bring personal drama onto here. That is not the case for a good amount of threads on the farms, at least the ones that I frequent.
It’s unsuspecting that a thread named on a YouTube who frankly wouldn’t be looked at when it comes to drama based on how little controversy they have would attract so many actual content creators who for some reason think it wise to tie their identity to the farms or use personal happenings to try and rally a personal army, both of which are against the rules.
I’d expect this in say, the Dream/MCYT thread and the various artcow thread, but that has happened surprisingly little times compared to a thread like this where we’ve had absolutely insane schizo pedophiles come in and just start saying stuff. I’m not saying that’s you, in fact I complimented the fact that you were actually coherent, but it has been a trend I was simply commenting on.

A word of advice, perhaps people would neg-rate you less, since you seem very bothered by that, if you wouldn’t hold grudges against an argument you had a few pages back and needlessly bring it up, and simply move on. Everyone could probably stand to take advice from that, but since you seem the most bothered by everyone clowning on you, it might be the best way to make them forget your past. Don’t worry, people have come back from worse and I’m sure you can too if you just clean up your act a lil bit! Lose the “holier-than-thou” attitude and don’t get so offended by everything. Everyone gets those lil tism ratings sometimes, you’re not the only one. I’m sure you can pull yourself out of the negatives if you just work a bit on yourself!

It's important to remember Night Mind exploded in popularity (with the Marble Hornets stuff, IIRC) when he was around 18. Can't recall if he was slightly older or slightly younger.

Can't really blame him for that all too much. I've seen his Instagram before (there's a photo of him on there), and he just seems to be a fairly young kid with some passion.
I say kid because his mustache makes him look like he's 15 and just started growing facial hair.

NM is a sad classic case of fame getting to his head, wish he’d go back to the old days and look at his old EMH videos and Marble Hornets, but since he’s still having success by pumping out the content he makes now, I’m sure things will get to be lower and lower effort.

It’s a bit of a nitpick, but it’s so weird that he’s still using the same opening because, in all honesty, it looks kinda cheap. The transparent stock overlay of an old TV turning on over a google image search word background, with the NM imposing over it? Just based on some of his other overlays, and the fact that he can probably afford it, you’d think it’d be well time for an upgrade because admittedly it doesn’t have much character.
The new “wood background” as a whole lacks any personality in general, and there’s so many minor things that can be done to make it pop a bit more, he still has purple theming on his channel and character, so why not make the wood have like, purple veins that glow occasionally? If you’re trying to be a big YouTuber, branding is everything, and he really just doesn’t try to do that which is pretty lazy. Especially considering how easy it is to just commission someone, but in all honesty the money is probably going towards furry art instead of improving his channel.
I guess the mediocrity of it fits his latest videos, which again is a shame.

Sourcebrew has become my go-to guy for these kinds of videos. He's really easy to listen to and does an alright job on research. On the flipside, I've started avoiding Gearisko, who by all measures seems to be a ditzy retard with nothing to contribute to the space.

Mainly evidenced in this video with the obvious clickbait title. He states "the sound of the wind" stops around 3:40, with a huge waterfall in-frame going WSHHHSSSSSSSHHHHHH, and then in the next shot, is still standing by the waterfall and doesn't notice it's gone. I can't enjoy a guy like that.

SourceBrew is good, the videos I've watched from him are good to put on as background noise and or just listen to when relaxing.
