I always thought a good way around it would be letting people pay by buying one of those prepaid visa cards and then putting the number into a system that verifies the balance on the providers website and sets up a sub based on the balance of the card then it uses to card on a site where you can use a credit card to buy another disposable credit card so it's not possible for the person subscribing to go and use the original card after the subscription is purchased. Of course this would all be have to be automated.

Maybe it's more headache than it's worth. The amount earned would be chipped away because those cards have outrageous fees.
