I certainly cannot fault him for his birth defect, but he obviously has issues with being the unfortunate one in the womb while his sister emerged healthy and beautiful.

I remember an issue being that he basically sprung himself on her, and that up until that point she'd been unaware that she'd ever had a brother, let alone a twin. Was probably pretty traumatic for her.

We don't know how he contacted her, or what was said. We can only assume he chose to get right hold of her and start throwing accusations and making demands instead of trying to talk to his bio parents and take things slow at first and maybe have them explain the situation and decide to introduce him.

I Rusty has been pretty clear that personal boundaries and normal, socially acceptable communication mean fuck all to him. A normal person would have taken the course you outlined. Perhaps, they would understand or empathize with his sister and try to gently reach out through his parents and test the waters. Not Rusty. He has this idea that if he just goes into every situation, ball to the wall from jump that he'll get what he wants. In our observation of this cow, this approach has NEVER worked. IRL there are situations where that approach works. Looking up your twin sister who was heretofore unaware of your existence and waging a harassment campaign is a certain way to be cut off from everyone biologically related to him.

He is firm in his belief that world owes him everything he wants. I blame his adoptive parents and his Mormon community for fostering that by coddling him and catering to his every whim.
