There is no guarantee should would have been all the way different but:

The key thing is Putin would not have fucked around in Ukraine (and found out) because he would have just waited 4 years until whatever post-Trump cuck came in. Trump was a mad enough lad to have decided that Russian troops transiting Belarus were valid targets.

Biden's fucking over of US oil production hasn't directly affected the availability of oil very much. He hasn't really done anything to fuck present levels of production, just future project. Keystone XL was still several years out. How Biden fuck us at the pump was by raising the fear of constricted demand and pulling leases that had yet to be exploited, and talk about climate change.
The real thing that made energy go absolute bonkers was the effective removal of Russia from the global energy market & fears of... not war so much as diplomatic slapfight games that would restrict oil availability + Biden's policies restricting future supply.

That said...
Putin might have had more luck in Ukraine if he'd waited out another Trump term. The EU had made zero efforts to stop suckling the Russian natural gas tit and only being more reliant on Russian energy. Germany & Netherlands are now taking their coal plants out of mothballs and restarting domestic coal industry after shutting it down with much fanfair; these tasks would have been more difficult after another 4 years.
Ukraine might have also had a more shit leader; I'm not a Zelensky simp, but that nigga staying put and asking for military aid made supporting Ukraine politically viable unlike what happened in 2014.

I miss having a president who made China and Russia sit down and behave.

From what the Ruskies are saying, apparently Macron pissed off Putler over some talks between those Donbass rebels and the Western puppets in Kiev, which was the final straw for the invasion.

Though Trump might have led to Putler think real real hard before deciding to go for it whereas with Biden, I guess he had a much easier time knowing that Uncle Sam was back to the Obama era "don't cross this red line" talk.

Global politics is prison rules and Trump knew how to play that game.
Putin was going to invade Ukraine again, it was only a matter of when. He wouldn't have stepped to Trump, because he just thought Trump was crazy enough to do some shit - declare Russian troops in Belarus fair game, hit some targets in western russia, etc.
Trump would have also had the illusion of Afghanistan as viable base of operations; the State Department (I am hesitant to blame that on Joe) to spite Trump fucked up the Afghanistan pull out, giving the Taliban the cover they needed to roll the country in a matter of weeks. Trump's organized pull out would have taken them a few years to slowly take control, and it probably would have waited till Trump was out of office out of respect. With Afganistan as a potential strike base, Putin would need to worry about strikes launching from the south east not just the west, meaning he'd need to have mobile air assets deployed there. That would have seriously depleted his big dick energy.
And Putin had every reason to believe Trump would go wild on them. They had Wagner send a few hundred mercenaries at USSF in Syria, and Trump admin just A-OKed airstriking the shit out of them before they were in range for zero casualties. Obama or Biden would have probably just fallen back.
This doesn't mean Trump would have had him scared into compliance for ever, but why risk starting a fight with a jacked bouncer when his shift ends in an hour, and the next guy on shift is a manlet fatty?

Again, to be clear, this isn't the result of Trump being some master strategist. He just knew how to project power and talk like a populist not a politician; if he was actually God Emperor for Life much less of his would have gone down unchallenged, but as it was... why fuck around and find out when you just wait for the demential-ridden pedophile that comes after?
