That’s fair. I’m just mainly burnt out from all this stuff getting blown way out of proportion.Yes, but one would lead to more spergatory than the other. Imagine how many rrats would have instantly killed themselves if she just said everything is fine, i'm keeping my head up and charging onwards.
This is reminisce of the time when she made that "if you don't like my stream, fuck you and leave" ending card as Coco. It endeared her to her EN fans, it was on-brand as Coco, but it also fueled the efforts of the Chicom operatives.
I mean, that's what Kanata said and the rrats already started brewing as soon as she streamed. and people still are jumping up acting like they need to defend her from....... something. "I can't believe Kson put her in this position" meanwhile Kanata's just like "it's fine, Me and my friend aren't fighting and we'll still be good friends even after the move"Yes, but one would lead to more spergatory than the other. Imagine how many rrats would have instantly killed themselves if she just said everything is fine, i'm keeping my head up and charging onwards.
these are anime girls that play video games on the internetMan, I've membered to Kson, but even I know the limits of reason. If she joins Vshojo, sure. If she runs it as an indie company as she does? sure. We can still make compromises and deals with your cohabitation with Kanata. Heck, Ironmouse is friends with Haachama and is by herself a massive Holofag.
The problem is that you fucking hired Cover's enemy and extreme yab machine Mikeneko aka LITERAL FUCKING JAPANESE AMBER HEARD who literally threatened to doxx and destroy Cover on the moment she an heroes.
There is only one happy ending for Mikeneko. Locked away with her simps for the rest of her life. Sure, Kson, you saved her from suicide, but that's it. There is no future for menheras like her.
And now you roped her into the middle of an ALL OUT WAR.
This is why Kanata had to leave you.
well tbf kanata just giving some explanation then people come for kson for obvious reason and kson can just "stfu guys, its fine, moving on" just like her moving on with joining vshojo? if that is what happen here, all rrat after that is just baseless rrat, but kson pull "vtuber hostage",cmon,"hostage" sounds really great kson, for rrat that is.I mean, that's what Kanata said and the rrats already started brewing as soon as she streamed. and people still are jumping up acting like they need to defend her from....... something. "I can't believe Kson put her in this position" meanwhile Kanata's just like "it's fine, Me and my friend aren't fighting and we'll still be good friends even after the move"
And people saying it'd be best to just say nothing, Imagine the schizo shitshow if people had just found out months after the fact that Kanata and Coco had parted ways as roomates. We'd be up to our eyeballs in theories about "what must have happened that was so bad they kept it a secret"
But here we are and people are still playing this pissing game like it has to be shown to be someones fault, Kson's or Cover's
Nobodies given a strong impression that it's anything all that deep and it seems like everyone involved is treating it generally amicably Kson expressed some frustration over keeping up appearances (to whom, it was unclear) which is natural, having to live and hide your friendship with someone I'm sure was annoying and frustrating. Kanata expressed some anxiety about moving, which is natural, moving fucking sucks. but thats....... really all we know, it just seems like a bummer situation that 2 adults went through and parted ways on amicable terms. Life is sometimes like that.
Truth be told the wave of rrats was set in stone the moment that tweet about an emergency meeting was put up. From that moment onward people started constructing the narrative they wanted, and we could nitpick back and forth about "this made it worse" and "this didn't" but really, the ball was already in motion, people would twist anything said or not said to suit their desired rrat well before Kson said anything today. the rrats always find a way. I'm just more inclined to call the people making retarded claims retards, than armchair quarterback someone elses public relations when I probably have less than 10% the information that they do that matters to a situation.
Both of those models are so fucking good. I still dont know why the hell she doesnt use them.huh interesting. She already has at least two vtuber models in the past that I've posted somewhere in this monstrosity of a thread. iirc she voices some loli Genshin character so she might as well go all the way and be an anime girl. Before HL EN Myth debuted I speculated some of the girls could find success emulating Lilypichu, never thought it was be someone like Gura who would hit it big.
Then you have the fact that this shit is hidden and vague passive-aggressive bullshit. "Vtubers and fans as hostages", bitch you are now literally working in a rival company with a girl who supposedly doxxed other members and made some batshit posts about wanting to bring others down, no shit Cover doesn't feel happy about living arrangements with their employees.
Not employees, contractors. Cover is happy to not pay their expenses, not having control over them should be the flipside of that.I've had employers that have mandated training that says if you work from home make sure your spouse/neighbors/etc. can't hear or see your work shit, pretty standard stuff
I feel like Kson should've, y'know, thought about the living situation before committing to this. Because it's obvious Cover didn't give a shit about the living arrangement while she was an indie.
Maybe she thought it through but assumed Cover weren't going to go crazy. Just as people here did. This isn't Kson'sknowing full well that the likelihood of having to be separated from Kanata due to joining a rival company being very high, makes that decision regardless. Again, putting Kanata in the same situation.
At that point everyone here was saying it was a nothingburger because there was no way Cover would be crazy enough to force Kanata to move out.Truth be told the wave of rrats was set in stone the moment that tweet about an emergency meeting was put up. Kinda meh on most of them (Black Out is ok), but Diamond City Lights is like an amalgamation of cheesiness, catchiness, and a lot of high energy that I just can't help but like it.One question i do have is why do so many indies like covering the NijiEN debut songs? Are those specially amazing or something?
The one on the far left is LowTierGod, the one directly next to him is Spoony, and the far right is DSP.Who the fuck are those guys?
What if Cover just laid out a "this is stuff you should prevent/be careful of" and Kanata, based on what she said, decided that this, in addition to the other problems with the house, wasn't worth the hassle?!Maybe she thought it through but assumed Cover weren't going to go crazy. Just as people here did. This isn't Kson's
fault.

No, COVER definitely told Kanata to get the fuck out of there or she was gonna get the Shinzo treatment too, there is no other explanation, don't try to be reasonable, reason is for nerds and pussies, real men rrat ten times a day and don't take their meds no matter what the government agents say, because those motherfuckers glow and you know it.What if Cover just laid out a "this is stuff you should prevent/be careful of" and Kanata, based on what she said, decided that this, in addition to the other problems with the house, wasn't worth the hassle?!
This would be consistent with all told stories (even ksons rambling.... If it even is caused by Kanata decision). But that's probably to boring
I think there are a few factors. One would simply be that trends tend to build on themselves. NijiEN members giving praise for covers of their debut songs early on encourage more people to make covers. Another would be that they are relatively high-profile songs within the EN vtubing community that are unique to said community, which differentiates them from covers of JP songs. One question i do have is why do so many indies like covering the NijiEN debut songs? Personally, I hate one liner that doesn't really contribute to the discussion, but allow me this one.
I feel like that has happened quite a bit recently, the last few major/minor incidents have sprung from what should have been nothing, or from something that seemed reasonably unlikely. At that point everyone here was saying it was a nothingburger because there was no way Cover would be crazy enough to force Kanata to move out.
