Honestly yeah. I haven't even listened in since Avery got the boot. Avery, Mandy, and eventually Ed, and Brendaniel were the reasons I listened. David was only tolerable when he was the punching bag for being retarded and having bad stories that went nowhere. Stupid gay frog should have just said his shit instead of being passive-aggressive and vague. He's clearly not got the mental fortitude for the internet and should have kept his head down and left.

So, the Mandalore PST stories compilation hit 90k views, and this has put David on suicide watch. I love being right.
David is too god damn retarded to realize that people coming to subscribe to YOUR CHANNEL because someone made a compilation of YOUR CHANNEL, is organic growth, people were interested enough in what they saw so they came to the PST channel for more. And finally, I can't find these comments talking about how unfunny and annoying David is, so he might really be reading this thread. In which case, hey David.

Edit: So I did manage to find the comments shitting on David. It's literally three comments, buried towards the bottom of the comment section. Out of 167 comments. And the harshest it gets is "Wow these stories are great, but I wish these fucking zoomers would stop interrupting him while he's trying to tell them"

he picked his own for two of the highlight so far, the other being from one of his less liked hosts, and one I'm forced to assume was exaggerated because POLITICS. POLITICS AREN'T FUNNY DAVID. And we know you won't bring in the stories that are actually funny because they involve Avery ether competely or to some extent.

Edit: okay, I actually listened to David's story, my takeaway is still I feel that he exaggerated the whole driving ordeal, plus, why the fuck would you go on Kajiji and not just..drive to gamestop and get a used Xbox one there?

Good god I hate those clickbait fucking titles he gave the stories on this highlights channel just irritates me. I get that he's trying to make a career out of his podcast, but like jesus fuck nobody actually like those clickbait farm channels, and besides, those channels operate more like sweatshops than actual content creators, he'll never break into that space, especially with the finite amount of stories he has, even further reduced by excluding avery.

As a sidenote him getting mad about compilations driving engagement to his channel is absolutely absurd. That is literally the definition of positive fan engagement, and while there are negative comments, none of them are about david specifically. They're also a tiny percentage of the actual comments, about the normal amount i would say, considering someone has something bad to say about everything.

Besides all that garbage, I find it funny that despite clearly struggling to make it in Montreal, he continues to commission furry art of his character all the time, which I wouldn't really care about if he wasn't so woe is me about his financial situation. Furry Fetish commisions are presumably not cheap, and besides that, doesn't he have a boyfriend who is moving into the same apartment as him? I don't see the point frankly.

My knowledge of commission prices is pretty rough since it's built on vague memories of seeing a few different artists' prices over the years. Checking his Twitter he likes getting colored commissions and I think the cheapest you can go for that kind of thing is $40. I wouldn't be surprised if the one he's got pinned at the top cost $100+ though.

I looked at an artist's commission prices recently and it reminded me: my estimates are actually probably lowballing it by a decent amount since my memories are mainly of the prices of mediocre artists. Depending on the artist's clout and skill a commission with shading and color + the extra price to add characters from a good artist like what he's got pinned on twitter is actually more like $200+ (or more) not $100+
The furry commission economy is worth its own thread if it somehow hasn't been made yet.

Man, I used to work with a furry in retail a number of years ago. Same shit: "Woe is me" financial situation one day, the next day, he was ecstatic that about the artist he just comissioned for his furry OC.

How the fuck is he going to complain about getting subs? Shit man, I started listening to all of the podcasts (before Avery got kicked) just because I had heard a few Mandalore stories. I didn't even dislike David and thought he and Avery had a good schtick where he'd get bullied because he drove Avery insane. Now I can't even bring myself to listen because he's being an annoying faggot.

I also didnt hate David , i kinda hate him now.

The fact that he complains about people bringing the drama out again but at the same time uses every oportunity he gets to talk about how great life is without avery i's getting incredibly annoying

Good God, I didn't know there was so much going on behind the scenes.

David bitching about the compilations is the most pathetic shit ever. Without them I wouldn't even know the podcast exists. I'm so sorry I only listen to Mandalore episodes David, but with how broke you say you are I'd have thought you'd appreciate all the extra views these new subscibers gave you.

Too bad Avery is gone. He was funny.
