I think thats the joke. Sam Hyde does that where he shows upset/offended people over his content and the joke itself is that people are being put off by it. But Keffals has some sort of sick twisted idea of how that joke comes off when he does it to himself. You ever see a setup, where the guy fucking up so hard is the joke itself. Keffals cannot get enough of that because its so low effort and he is an actual loser. But the difference between him and say, Norm MacDonald, is that Norm is actually very funny and very clever...Keffals is the type that runs with that joke until its so overused that it becomes the joke that its overused.
