No, he would have gotten them at the same time. He obtained the decryption key for a large encrypted file on the hard drive at a later date. I don't think he got the laptop contents directly from a foreign intel operation. My thinking is there was an intermediary, and the intermediary was paid for services to the state with blackmail/political material. So like a crime boss in ukraine who happpened to have an idiot lawyer who'd pay good money to have compromat for a political gayop.

Maxey was involved in that laptop start to finish. The repair shop was a dumb cover story to obscure maxey as the source. The owner was legally blind and could only say the laptop was dropped of by someone who said they were hunter biden. This hacker idiot tried to shop the data.

I think the guy in NZ was supposed to be a hard to backtrack cover/patsy for how the iphone backup got decrypted. State actor breaks the encryption in 2020 or so, gets what they want. Passes the key on to whoever got paid with the data in the first place. That got passed on to Maxey since he's being used as the "source" for this stuff as he's now the established cover story.

It's the same thing that happened with the laptop repair store guy. Maxey picked a bad partner for a cover up. Repair store guy couldn't keep his mouth shut and wound up contradicting what he originally said, then behaving bizarrely. The NZ hacker figures he can make a bigger payday selling this shit to a gossip mag.

You've probably seen stories that say "laptop was real!!!!!". The laptop was fake as shit. The files on it were authentic. The laptop store was a dumb as fuck cover to obscure the source.

So, everything was real (minus laptop), but whatever they wanted to do with the info, they just fumbled it immaculately with the October Surprise, if you could even call it that?

Edit: I've been wondering if the recent acquiescence of the media and the sudden interest of them in bringing attention to the Biden scandals...(The diary of Ashley Biden, Hunter Biden laptop, the illicit dealings, his mental state, and this) Is this their underhanded way of undermining the public's confidence(lol) in a Biden second term? Are they pushing him out intentionally by the media suddenly pulling an about face on the veracity of the leaks? Is this all just a move to clear the way for the DNC to run a new candidate and still have confidence from their base?

It's funny because one of the theories floating around after the election was that they were going to let Biden serve just long enough that Kamala could step in midway and still be able to serve two full terms in addition to that. Biden has been such a useless Obama cuck though that it's hard to believe Kamala would be an even bigger puppet.

I wouldn't be so sure that's the FBI. It depends on how that value is set. Either it's a self reported string from the bittorrent client (probably not or you'd see lots of custom strings) or it's a DNS based value (probably) from reverse DNS. Anyone can set reverse DNS to any value so it is almost entirely meaningless.

The claimed "Russian meddling" that launched the Mueller investigation had nothing to do with a Russian company posting a handful of memes on Facebook that hardly anybody saw, and pretending that's why we had a 2-year investigation is stupid at best and disingenuous at worst.

The accusation was that the Trump campaign colluded with the Russian government to somehow illicitly tilt the election in his favor. Nothing of the sort happened. Discovering that Russians do, in fact, have access to Facebook and can post shitty memes did not validate Hillary's original accusation.
