I wouldnt even mind stealing from anime if they were good. Panty and Stocking took a lot of influence from western cartoons, and that’s getting a second season over 10 years after it first ended. Meanwhile, Steven Universe steals from magical girl shows and completely falls flat.

Pretty clear cut here, the tweet they're responding to says they were already revealed as a proshipper (read: pedophile) anyways.
