have you ever seen a 160kg weight (80kg on each side) bounce off like that? you'll see how unnatural it is in 2nd or 3rd replay.
also he literally ragdolls as if he has no bones in his body.. + you can look at his hair or head to see the color change.

Regular reminder that you are not "too bad ass for a spotter". If you don't think you can do a lift, find someone to be ready to catch the bar. If there's no one around to help you, don't fucking do it. Nothing is heavier than lifting up a dead man.

Man, what the fuck. Even if I was some macho piece of shit with too much bravado I would've copped out after the first missed swing at the neck.
