This is a quick sketch I made off of what I saw. Sorry for the shitty quality, I HAD to make this as quickly as possible, as I just barely got a glimpse of this on the telegram stream.

FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF RALPH:

As it was way too fast to archive, I'm sorry- I'll download OBS in case this happens again.
Ralph, now is your chance to debooonk the a-logs by standing next to the window to prove you're not 4'9'' as we academically deducted. Do it.

This is the west wall of the property I believe would correspond to where he would most likely be if he is in one of his family's properties.
How old is this house? Old enough to have had the wiring upgraded from a fuse box to circuit breakers?

Could be a pair of 30 Amp circuit breakers in that panel. The grouting around the panel might mean this is replacing a fuse panel. Mounting them that high up on a wall could mean this is a basement wall.
Thank you! Thant what I thought that was. Pretty poorly done and you’d expect that to be in a half finished basement for a hot water tank or appliances. Not in a properly finished room.

Didn’t Gunt claim his studio was in a spare bedroom with lots of sunlight? Did he lie?!?

I wouldn't be suprised if someone hasn't already
attached one of those airtags to the guntmobile.
Go ahead and hang some trucknuts on there too plz.

I don't believe he lied. Check out the other side of the house, theres tons of light.

Timezone. Screnshot taken ~4 minutes ago. Stream has been up 30 minutes since it was down for a while.
The Tucker clip was posted 50 minutes ago. 50 minutes ago = 9pm for Ralph. It is now 10pm. He's currently on Eastern Time.

EDIT: What about VPN? Twitter uses your PC's local time, a VPN would not affect it.

That seems most likely to me. And they did it in the cheapest way possible by just replacing the fuse boxes with breakers (are they unsupported?) instead of hiring an electrician to rerun things and install a breaker box. I hope that May really has left him because I fear for what other electrical shenanigans have gone on in the wiring of this house. Also holy shit look at that drywall job.

Ralph just needs to leave a hammer hanging out of the dry wall to make it feel like home.

Uncle Howard letting Ralph live in one of his houses might be true, but I still have a hard time believing he has moved more than two hours outside of Richmond. Then again finding a house he could afford and would rent to him anywhere would be challenging.

Did he leave his pets at the old place? With Ralph’s history I worry about him just leaving them at the old house.

Okay now we just need someone to chart the reflection of the stars against his grease covered forehead and the hwndu bingo is complete

If that large box mounted on the wall is the utility's meter box, there's a feed line going up to the base of the roofline. That could account for the breakers being up so high which means these are the main breakers for the house. Could also account for Ralph saying he gets a lot of sunlight through the window closest to the street.

It could be a breaker for a utility box but there's no way his house only has 2-4 breakers in it. He would have trouble trying to run a washing machine and refrigerator at the same time with that.

60 Amp service wasn't uncommon for older houses, that's what we have. There probably was a fuse box located somewhere else for the individual outlet circuits which should have been replaced with a circuit breaker panel when the main breakers were replaced. 60 amp service can run a house full of appliances and window air conditioners, along with an electric water heater and clothes dryer.

It looks like there's a window at the top. If Ethan is at this location, he might be streaming from the second story - either an unfurnished upstairs room, or possibly an attic which might explain those breakers just being there.

I believe a lot of homes in the south don’t have basements. The Zillow listing for the Danner Ave. home lists it the foundation as slab.
Basements are fairly common in the mid-Atlantic states the further west (and further from the coast) you, but they are less common as you go farther south. You’d definitely find them in parts of Tennessee that are in higher elevations.

I still have a hard time believing the Gunt moved further than an hour or two outside of Richmond, Va. It would have to be a cheap place courtesy of a relative to motivate him to put in the effort of moving that far.

His uhaul blanket studio was in the “attic” of the last crack shack.
